The store atmosphere has changed of late. It has been a relief to see the same faces in store day after day. Some time in 2022, I noticed a big change, and am thankful Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is definitely a stop off point for my family for over a decade. I don't say this lightly as I run MAMBA ART AND GAMES in the same city. We don't gatekeep, but work together to make customers happy.

The cashier was so good with my kids, made their day!

One of the few games stops in town that actually had gamers in the store and could recommend new games and different accessories and actually seem to be knowledgeable.

We love GameStop! Employees are nice about upbeat. They're also really helpful with any issues we may have.

Went in the store with a broken headset that I bought a warranty for but didn't have the receipt. They had me a new headset in no time. Thanks for working with me!!

So this location is to be horrible. In fact I had refused to go in there ever again. However due to a recent need for a game for a birthday I zoomed to this one cause it's the closest. I've discovered new great staff better attitudes and a much better experience.

While I can't say I've ever had a particularly bad experience at a Gamestop, I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the employees at this location are. I never feel rushed or pushed to buy something and if I'm curious about a game they always seem to know at least something useful or interesting about it, even if they haven't played it personally.

The gentleman inside always has a warm inviting attitude I wish I could remember his name I'm so bad with those

First visit to this GameStop and I am extremely impressed! Clean store, helpful staff, I’ll be back as often as my wallet will let me.

The employees here are wonderful. They are always positive and willing to help you and answer all your questions and I have never had a negative experience anybody the times I've shopped here. They also replaced our ps4 when it stopped working with no hassle whatsoever

Nice experience, Warranty always covers for a year, when I bought red dead redemption 2 the disc wasn't working, But I took it back and they gave me a download code. good job GameStop.

Very friendly staff. Always willing to go above and beyond, and every employee is passionate and knowledgeable. Even in the digital age of downloadable software, I still frequent this location and gladly spend my money here.

Friendly and patient staff. They have no problem spend long periods of time with you to try and help you figure out what you want or need. They are knowledgeable of there trade. Up to date on the latest consoles and games.

Go up there and bug Chad. Tell him, Alex sent you. I love giving these guys a hard time. Been visiting them for the past 5 years, definitely some of the best Games top employees I've had the pleasure of knowing.

Time to tell the truth,the best gamestop around by far. I have been to many of them but none compares to the help and friendliness of the employees of this one and it takes good people with knowledge and understanding to make a place this good.....

Super helpful people there that will get you what you need. Got some great advice on new game systems over the years. Great location.

I have to give the Travelers Rest location a 5-star, not so much for some of the other locations. Most of the employees there are great to talk to and are helpful.
