I cannot say enough good about the customer service at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff takes time with you and provides above and beyond quality customer service.

They made two different formulation of meds for my cats, mailed them quickly with cold packs! Very convenient since I don't live close. Staff was very courteous and willing to help on all fronts, including phone calls and text messages to be sure all communication was correct. Will definitely use again. They also compound meds for humans.

Favorite pharmacy, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I can find all of the excellent, Dr. grade supplements that are not found in regular pharmacies or stores and I would otherwise have to order online. Great service to our community!

Came here because I know they carry quality products. They had 3 options for the NAC I was looking for. All were good options. I stuck with what I have been using.... Thorne.

I’m all the way across the country and the service I get with them (and price) is far better than any pharmacy I’ve used. It is legit more simple and pleasant to get meds with them than of my local locations. The customer service is fantastic; practical, efficient, and thoughtful. So grateful for their help. With the hellscape that is US healthcare system right now, they are a bright spot. It means a lot.

Always helpful on the phone, they contact my doc if the prescription needs renewal. They are good on their word and did not charge me for shipping when they forgot to combine my meds for one delivery.

I was so relieved to have this pharmacy create chicken flavored liquid medicine! My cat was close to dying because he would not accept being handled or take pills forcibly. And crushing pills into his wet food was also not working. So because of this pharmacy, my cat gained weight and is back to normal!

They are QUICK to fill prescriptions upon receiving the order. My prescriptions are mailed to me. Prices are reasonable. Efficient staff.

I went in today to pick up a prescription and was helped by Lily. Her customer service was outstanding. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and very gracious. My prescription is refrigerated and she put it upon herself to include a small ice pack in the bag to ensure it would be chilled. (How did she know I had other errands to run in this hot weather? ha) She was kind through & through! The world needs more Lily's! I will return to Clark's. :)

The customer service of this pharmacy is outstanding. I have been a customer for some time and send in my orders by email. My last order had some confusion (my fault) and they quickly resolved the problem. They also showed me how to avoid future issues with their online refill system.

This is an amazing pharmacy and go above and beyond at all times. They have filled medications on emergency when I have really needed it.They will ship them to my house and have always made sure that everything is the highest quality and I am explained everything in detail. They have the nicest pharmacists and staff. This is the best place to get compound medications for pets in addition to humans. They are the best!

The Opthalmologist ordered a special eye cream through this compounding pharmacy for my mother. The staff were professional and handled the order accurately. It was shipped and delivered on time. Note that any compound prescriptions through this pharmacy are not covered by insurance since they are not off the shelf. However, pricing was competitive.

The ladies at Clark’s Compounding Pharmacy were phenomenal! They were so caring and went out of their way to meet my needs! It’s rare to find such genuine and wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend them!

I also have found this pharmacy to be cheaper on many things.
