My mom was admitted yesterday and we were preparing for her end of life care. My mom was in the CCU for about 10 hours. The RN (I believe her name is Stacia) was amazing, she cried with me and was very comforting to me and my family. The nurse manager was very accommodating and helpful. The charge Nurse was right there with us keeping us informed. The Dr seeing my mom was very compassionate! I feel they went above and beyond to keep Mom comfortable and help us in making the decisions. Thank you all!!! Our family truly appreciate you all! (Abbie Gray)

We love Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia. They are always so very nice, patient, and understanding. I took my 80 year old mother there for an mri recently. I couldn't believe how much care they took with her, and how kind they were. We had a great experience, and we always do. ❤

My mother had been in this facility since before Christmas. She eventually moved into hospice and passed away on the 9th of January. I cannot say enough about the staff here. They treated my mom with respect throughout the whole life event. They were also so respectful to me, my sisters and especially my dad. Always will be remembered!!!

Great experience getting my heart calcium CT. Very efficient and friendly staff that communicated well. Reasonable price for the scan too. This is a great screening service the hospital provides. I’ll be making an appointment for additional screening scans soon.

These team players were SO nice, respectful, and caring plus efficient, I couldn't believe how quickly I was in then out of there. Every single attendant was personable and I never felt rushed but was done in no time at all. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a GREAT experience with The Outpatient Imaging office at Maury Regional. Not only were they a sweet and kind group of professionals, they operated like a well oiled machine!
We usually go to Nashville for this kind of service; but I am so glad to know that we can schedule at Maury and get that same great service closer to home! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Highly recommend the team at Outpatient Imaging!!! 🙌🏼😁

We were greeted very nicely as we came through the doors. A fine gentleman behind the lobby desk immediately responded and not only gave us directions … but actually walked with us to show us where to get signed in. He was a pleasure. When we got to our destination… we were seen by someone within 5 minutes. He explained in detail what we needed to do. Had a nice personality… and was patient and informative when we asked questions! Oh.. and when we first arrived to our destination… we were asked if we wanted a snack and drink!!! That was amazing.. very kind! All in all… it was a good experience!

Women's Clinic. It took me a minute to find the door. It's very unobtrusive in the lobby where Lab Corp is VERY prominent. The Women's Clinic staff was wonderful! Reception, Mrs. Carroll at intake, Brooklyn in Mammography. Very impressed how kind, professional, and friendly everyone was.

The doctor I saw sent me directly for X-rays following my appointment with him.

When I arrived there were at least 30 or more people waiting. However, they were adequately staffed and called people very quickly. I have waited longer at other facilities when I had an appointment. Very impressed!

Went for my mammogram and the registration staff (Rachel) was wonderful in helping me with an insurance problem. I also want to recognize the young lady that did the mammogram she was the sweetest and wonderful person for the job. She explained everything so well and made sure if I had questions she was there to answer them and she did. All together a great staff from start to finish

Arrived early and had probably the best experience I've ever had in a mammogram situation. The receptionist and tech were awesome people! Was in and out within 10 minutes.

I haven’t had a single bad experience since moving here almost 2 years ago. We are grateful to have this medical facility and staff serving Hohenwald.

The entire staff of the Women’s Center from the front desk to the back were very friendly. The atmosphere was calm and comforting. I had a good experience.

I had to go for a chest x-ray for my little boy. The lady at check-in gave him a teddy bear to comfort him. Very thoughtful! I really appreciate how the receptionist came over to check on him while we were waiting (since he was wheezing). Not long after, he got his x-ray and then we were done!

Everyone in the Women’s Center is always polite and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait an extended period in the waiting room. Results in patient portal within 48 hours. All around great experience.

Maury Regional Hospital is great (the hospital itself) but I recently went to the emergency room with chest and back pain. The nurses were great but Dr. Robinson acted like he didn't care. His bedside manners were awful! He asked me what was going on and I told him that I had chest and back pain. I asked him if he could get me something for the pain ( I was crying talking to him). He told me that he would get me something. 1 hour later I got something. 3 hours later Dr. Robinson came back in and told me that I must have strained my chest by coughing and sent me home. I went back to the emergency room the next day with the same symptoms. Dr. Cragun came in and I told him that I was here yesterday and told him what Dr. Robinson said ( I was was crying while talking to him). I also told him what I thought was wrong with me. He immediately told me that it wasn't what I thought it was. He asked me what can I do for you, what are you so worried about, we don't have all the answers, we are just here to make sure you don't die. When Dr. Cragun said that to me it made me very upset. You just don't say that to someone who is coming to you for help. His bedside manners were horrible! I told him that all I wanted was something to make the pain stop. He told me that all he could give me was tylenol. I said that's fine I'll take anything that will help with the pain. Dr. Cragun then told me that he would look over my chart. 2 hours later I got something for the pain. Dr. Cragun came back in and told me that I didn't have anything life threatening and he isn't ruling out what I thought it was. He said it is possible that I have what I thought and sent me home. What I think happened is that Dr. Robinson and Dr. Cragun over looked it and sent me home. When we are unwell we go to doctors to help us and the 2 doctors I saw were awful! They need to do better!

Everyone there was very professional. The Technician that did my Mammogram was very nice. I’m always nervous going in for any kind of an appointment anyways. But we talked the whole time and it made me to be less nervous. She was great!!

I just want to say that Maury Regional treated my wonderfully. As a former nurse I have a very high standard for Healthcare workers. Autumn my nurse in Endo was among the phenomenal people. Thank you all so much I was so sickly and very whiney I'm sure, and yall exceeded my expectations. (Btw i Didn't divulge I was a nurse either)

Everytime I go to Maury Regional Medical Center Women's Pavilion, everyone there makes you ,feel right at home 🏠😘❤
