Kroger

I do a lot of InstaCart grocery orders and I have to tell you that your produce guy Charles is awesome. He is always super friendly and helpful anytime I come in and if I can’t find what I need in the produce area for my InstaCart customer orders, he doesn’t hesitate to even check the back to get me what I need. Keep up the good work Charles!

Best price than Walmart. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Great service

The staff was incredibly helpful with helping me load the coupons and also with locating items.

Had everything I went in for except for bags of Sweet Vidalia onions. They were also not stocked enough of the 12 pk. A&W Root beer but plenty of all the other drinks while there was a huge sale on them. Very disappointed on that.

Clean and great doors in the bathroom! Really good locks on the stall door!

I love Kroger. Always has everything I want when grocery shopping. I also like their pharmacy. Pharmacy always has very welcoming, and helpful attitudes.

Nice large parking lot. Prices are comparable to everyone else.

There are some really stellar crew and experts of customer service at this store. Tonight, I decided to cash in a LOT of change at the Coinstar. The machine counted no quarters and only a few dimes. Store manager Brian, Front End Lead, Liz and another team member named Guy took time out to help me call Coinstar. Got the machine open and literally got their hands dirty down in the guts of the machine even not knowing about the machine. Couldn’t retrieve my coins. I think it counted almost everything as pennies. They were willing to try though and that’s what counted for me. And yeah, I’m not using Coinstar again but I’m gonna be coming back to this Kroger. As I always do. Tonight was customer service personified. Thanks y’all.

My only issue is people at both entrances asking for your business selling things .I do Instacart and I go in and out all day and it is uncomfortable to say the least. It's expensive enough feeding families these days soliciting should not be allowed...for me there's a time and place and while grocery shopping isn't it....

Absolutely displeased with the cake i ordered, it looks NOTHING like the picture, i am very disappointed, and my 4 year old granddaughter picked this cake for her party.

Great people who love to serve the customer with super low prices and also a wonderful staff a pharmacist who can fill your prescription lightning fast and get it right every time.

Always has a nice selection of goods. Never not once found something or a replacement to what I was looking for. Kind staff. Quick in and it.

Kroger had everything we needed with an affordable price. The Service, and Checkout people Are Efficient and Friendly. There was a short Checkout line.

I needed some pumpkins (a bit late for that I know) and they were very cheap price wise but not quality. The nice cashier introduced herself and her bagger as Liz and Brianna I believe. They were very nice and quickly checked me out with good customer service. It’s a great place to go shopping

I absolutely love Kroger. Not only do they have tons of groceries to choose from, but a pharmacy that has the lowest prices in Columbia. I go to Krogers at least 3 times a week because of the fair prices on groceries and many other things that most other grocery stores don't sell. I highly recommend shopping at Kroger for all your grocery needs and prescriptions. The prices can't be beat. I can't say enough good things about Kroger grocery store and Kroger pharmacy. My whole family shops at Kroger.
