AFC Urgent Care Sevierville TN

Very well run urgent care. The staff is very courteous and friendly and the nurse practitioner was wonderful! I felt like she really cared and listened to my concerns. 100% recommend! (The only improvement would be to replace the old ripped furniture.)

I took my 2 daughters here for sports physical, we were very impressed on how fast their service was. It is truly an urgent care. The other urgent cares in Sevierville we have been to before made us wait 2 hours. Margaret in the front desk was awesome and was very kind. Every staff were helpful

My almost 18 m old son fell and busted his lip open really good and when we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and quick to get us back to be checked by the doctor. They made a stressful situation much easier! Highly recommend.

Had a flare-up of a previous bacterial infection while vacationing. Saw the good reviews for this urgent care center so decided to give them a try. The front desk was quick and efficient and polite. The paperwork was no more than normal for a new patient. The doctor was sympathetic and thorough. Got a prescription and, as per usual for my insurance, no charge.

Went in with a clogged ear and was seen within 20 minutes with 6 people ahead of me. Visit took less then 20 minutes as well. Staff was very friendly. I'm a chicken over needles and they administered it so gently I barely felt it. Highly recommend. Very professional.

I’ve went here a few different times and had great service every time! The staff know how to give the care you need, while also getting patients in and out quick! Always friendly

Our family has used the Sevierville TN location several times over the years and we have never had a bad experience here.

I walked in not knowing they closed in 15 minutes with my sick 3.5 year old. I was going to turn around and find another place to go because I know what it’s like to have people show up last minute, especially after a long day. Also you wonder if they may become grumpy and treat you differently. NOPE. The staff was adamant that we stay and they were very kind and helpful! They treated Lauren extremely well! She even gave the doctor a hug! Very good atmosphere! Kindness is very rare these days and it’s so very appreciated more than they know! I really can’t say enough about them! I would definitely go back if needed.. just not so late(;

AFC staff was awesome. Checkin was simple and easy to register as a new patient. Dr Jones was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. Will refer this facility to everyone I know. Thank you for taking care of me!

Hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
The staff were warm and kind. We waited in a clean and warm lobby and the healthcare team was fast , respectful and got us out the door quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Had to take my wife in to see if she had a flu or just a bug. Clinic was clean and staff was fairly pleasant. Dr was very young and professional. Turns out she has bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection causing everything.

The staff and doctors were very nice and my visit was fast. Katie at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. Dr. Holt was very knowledgeable and nice. I appreciate the care I received. I came to this location feeling unwell I am from out of town here on vacation for a few days. I was thankful to find their services open and available to me.

Wasn’t feeling well with upper respiratory symptoms. I hate going to hospitals or clinics, but they made my experience awesome. Very efficient. Basically in and out with a plan for getting me cleared up and healthy. Margaret was very friendly/helpful at the front desk as was the other employee. Nurse Physician very good also. Took time to listen and explain. Was just overall great service!!!!

I was fortunate and didn’t have anybody waiting in front of me today, so that was nice. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and efficient. I really appreciated that. And also wished me well on my way out. The PA who saw me, was also very kind, and I felt, very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue very quickly and it was one of two issues that I suspected so, I’m pretty certain he’s correct! I think I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend!

This was our first visit at AFC with my 10 year old daughter being New Years Eve def didn’t wanna sit at the ER. They tested her for everything possible. Strep positive so let’s get these meds and get her to feeling better for when school starts back. Thanks for treating my child so great.

We went to AFC today due to my boyfriend being ill. We thought he had pneumonia. We prepared by completing most of the registration information online. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted. In a matter of minutes, we were called back to an exam penitence. medical assistant took a comprehensive medical history. The physician assistant did a thorough exam. We were completely satisfied with the entire e perience.

Front desk staff was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner was also very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She was also knowledgeable, had great bedside manner and sent me home with meds that I hope work.

If you need urgent care, this is the place to go!! Everyone had a smile and a kind word. It was a long wait, but you can wait in the privacy of your own vehicle. You can see where you are on the wait list and they'll text you when it's time to come in. Very convenient.

They are the kindest people in Healthcare profession I've ever dealt with! In an absolute emergency and stressful situation, they went above and beyond to help us. I really appreciated the way the doctor spoke calmly and thoroughly explained what he was doing and how to take care of the injury during the healing process.
