This guy is awesome!! My family owns a cabin in Gburg and had an issue with the toilet. He worked us in and fixed the problem quickly. While he was working he noticed our well pump was running to often and worked on it too. So friendly. My wife and I could have talked to him for hours. Call McCarter and sons. He also winterizes cabins.

I had a drain problem going to my septic tank. I used another plumber a couple years ago and he didn't fix the root of the problem. Jerry came out the same day and assessed the situation. Long story short, he fixed my problem for half of what the other guy charged and got everything working great-possibly saving me thousands. They were pleasant & reliable to deal with. McCarter & Son will be my first call in the future and I would highly recommend them.

You'll find none better than Jerry. If you're looking for a truly skilled, experienced plumber look no further. I'm pretty sure Jerry could have done my repair(main water line in house) with a blindfold on. Everything he needed was on the van so there was no running back and forth for parts. Repair was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Thanks again!

Had an emergency with our drain in the driveway. The guys were out the next morning. To be honest with you, it was like talking with an old friend. They took their time, figured out the problem. Very accommodating and willing to help in a very timely manner when I had a problem at rental cabin. Very good experience and will definitely use McCarter and Son Plumbing again. It was on a Monday morning after extreme cold temp weekend and they had a full schedule (frozen lines everywhere in Sevier Co) but the lady dispatching the work crews worked me in that morning because the crew was close by and it seemed my problem would not take much time. They resolved my issue quickly and I really appreciate how these folks do business.

Great experience the whole way through. Secretary was extremely helpful and pleasant, I had family coming in so they squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. I had water backing up into my house that I had tried to fix myself for two days with no success, it took them about 10 minutes to fix it. Super friendly, and while I hope I don't have any more emergency plumbing issues, I will certainly be calling them if they arise.

Had an issue with an obstructed drain line at my retirement home while family was there. Between his office staff and the workers who came out, they were all an absolute blessing. They located the problem and had it fixed quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough! A huge shoutout to everyone there for being so professional and great. We have a rental cabin in Sevierville. There was a plumbing problem and after reading the reviews on McCarter & Son, I called them to check it out. They promptly came out and diagnosed the problem, called me to explain what they found, and came out the next day and fixed it (venting issue). Upon completion, the plumber even sent me pics of the fix to my cell phone! They charged what I thought was a reasonable charge. I took care of the issue over the phone and will definitely call McCarter & Son in the future if needed. Thanks!
