Serenity Spa by Westgate

My son and I were on vacation on October 12th, 2023 . My son has CP in his legs he wanted to see if it would help to get a massage. I really don't know what would happen. God gave me a miracle that day he sent one of his angels, Diana . She did something no one had ever done. My son stood up straight for the first time in his life . It helped his legs so much. They were so kind and sweet to my son .if you ever stay at Westgate, go to the spa. Those ladies will make you feel safe and comfortable. Thank you, Mrs. S. Wagner, ps here are some pictures. My husband and I did a couples massage (deep tissue for him and prenatal for me). The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing and the massage therapists we had were both attentive and professional. Overall it was tad pricy for two 50-minute massages, but it being part of the resort I can see how they would have higher pricing.
Overall a good experience and they did get us in on short notice.

Amazing & relaxing experience!! From booking to check out the entire process was seamless. The individual answering the phone was helpful, friendly, & professional! My massage therapist Amanda was wonderful! I enjoyed my massage from start to finish. The ambiance was delightful, welcoming, and relaxing!! All the staff members were pleasant to talk to. Melanie made the checkout process stress-free & quick. I truly appreciate quality massage therapy! My experience was top tier. Keep up the exceptional work!!

I thoroughly enjoyed an 80 minute massage with an addition of hot stones. The bed was heated, adjustable and wide enough for my comfort. My massuess was very good. She was personable and provided an amazing massage. The atmosphere upon entry was welcoming, relaxing and I highly recommend it.

Heather was absolutely wonderful and super sweet! She did an amazing job on my pedicure! She made my experience relaxing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be back to see her when we return in the near future.

We had a great experience. My husband received the deep tissue massage from Emily and it was a much needed relaxation treat for him.
Candy was my technician and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My face looks and feels amazing after my facial. She told me I was glowing as the end result of the facial & demaplaning. Both ladies wer professional and excellent at their craft✨

We went for a couples massage! It was very relaxing and just what we needed for these old muscles! Diana and Trish walked us through the process and listened when we wanted pressure adjusted. They allowed us to fully relax because we both fell asleep! My hips feel so much better because the time was taken to rub and stretch them! I will be back and booking Diana & Trish!

There were so many things I liked about this spa. I had the serenity manicure and my specialist was Heather. She was fabulous! The hand massage was divine, my nails were wonderful, the mimosas she made added the perfect touch. Heather was funny and great to chat with and she made sure our every need was met! I can’t wait to book one of her specialty facials! Definitely recommend!

This place has awesome opening times with Saturdays and Sundays available. I got the European facial by Heather. She was amazing. She took the time to talk to you and get your information about your skin issues and concerns. It was the best facial I have ever received. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The experience was top notch and I highly recommend.

Loved Diana! My husband,James, booked this for me (Kimlee) and I enjoyed it. I own a spa and like to get massages when I’m on vacation. We love visiting Serenity Spa at Westgate and this visit didn’t disappoint.

Great experience at serenity spa! From start to finish the entire team was helpful, personable, kind, professional, and fun! I had an entire day of pampering, from brows to pedicure, and paraffin to scrubs, everything was so relaxing and enjoyable. Heather was amazing, she made the entire experience fun and truly special. The team was all amazing too, the receptionist is SO sweet and helpful, and she will make your experience well worth it from the moment you walk in. The spa manager is also wonderful- she is professional and helpful and you can tell she truly cares about her customers and staff. I can't thank this team enough for my wonderful experience! Bless your hearts! (In the best way!)

We came on a trip from Pittsburgh and decided to treat ourselves to some massages and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. They incorporate hot towels which was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. If you're visiting from out of town definitely get a massage or facial before you leave!

Got a deep tissue massage here from Diana jackson and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and comfortable with using pressure wnd really working out my problem areas. She specializes in trigger points and did several great releases on me as well as massage. I have chronic pain and left there feeling better than I have in a long tome. The other staff was very courteous and the facility was nice as well. It was the most I've ever paid for a massage but Diana helped me feel so much better it was worth it.

Highly recommend getting a massage from JESSICA! She's so amazing and very sweet! The assistance from every employee there was great. I was very impressed by the quality b/c the pricing are so reasonable. If I lived in the area this is where I would go to get my massages all of the time.

I got the European Facial and Prenatal Massage and loved it! They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I left feeling so relaxed with glowing skin! I will 100% be going back!

Our kids booked us a massage here and my sweetheart booked us a massage somewhere else for Christmas. This was our favorite!!! We will definitely book another 80 minute massage here next time we are in town. It was super therapeutic and relaxing. The staff from beginning to end was friendly, accommodating, professional, and experienced in their trade. I wish we lived closer. We’d go back at least once a month, if not more. What a wonderful way to begin our trip. We will book again!!!

Very relaxing. Love the spa shoes to keep regular shoes out and I absolutely love that the pedicure chairs are NOT jetted. I worry about sanitization of the jets no matter how well the bowls are sanitized, so I appreciate that they just use bowls filled with nice hot water!
