If you have any problem with services or devices I definitely recommend going to see Brendan. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly! He helped us with all the problems we was having yesterday and even helped with stuff we didn't go in for!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

My rep Kalep was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like it wasn't about the sale he genuinely wanted to help me and be cost efficient per my budget. I literally want to request him everytime I go to the store. I was pleased it didn't take hours. As I was getting out my vehicle as soon as I stepped in store he was there. He was also very aware if other customers walked in and would excuse himself to atleast get them checked in. The experience was like no other

Brendan was amazing! Thorough, knowledgable, and friendly. I will be back to switch my phone and will wait til he is specifically available. He took the time to ask the correct probing questions and look through the plan to see where he could save us money. Gave us options for additional products with sale prices. Absolutely fantastic experience with his help. Brendan is a five star member of AT&T hands down. Could not brag enough about how great he was.

Update: I was able to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I only had to pay taxes with the next up program! Incredible deal and incredible customer service. The store manager is Awesome at the store!

This store is amazing. Clean, well stocked, and the staff is the real standout here. Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, they were genuine and personable from start to finish. I was helped by Skyler today and he was perfect. We had a delay in transferring over my line from a different company, but he handled it professionally and kindly. When he wasn't assisting other customers or his co-workers, we were able to chat, and I never felt pressured to upgrade anything, or purchase anything outside of what I had come in the store for. I can see why this store is busy!

Skyler I think was the name of my rep and he immediately shot to work for me and solved my phone charging problem very quickly and professionally. Even helped me get the best charging accessories through the spend $100 pay 10% on your bill deal. That saved me the in store cost I didn’t want to come out of pocket for that day. Fantastic customer service like Skyler's is sorely needed these days. I left impressed. Be like Skyler.

Helped us with phone issues when no one else could. The manager (missed his name) helped us as best he could then left us in the very capable hands of Joyce. She & her co-worker had to stay quite a bit beyond closing time to finish up with us and both did so pleasantly and without moaning and complaining. Joyce really wanted to make sure everything was working right before we left. This is where we will go from now on!

The representative, Paige, was very pleasant and informative on the product I was interested in. She suggested various add-ons and options that were helpful I'm my decisions. Typically, buying a new cell phone or upgrade is a painfully long process, however, she was direct and to the point allowing me to complete two upgrade phones inside of an hour. This was a key factor in my complete satisfaction of this purchase.

The place was busy however Ms. Kim Cooper helped me. She solved my issue within minutes of my arrival. She is knowledgeable of the products, how to use them and how to assist others. I was having some problems, she quickly resolved the issue for me. I left with confidence and I am a satisfied customer because of her. If I have to return to the store I will ask for Ms. Cooper because she knows the product that she is selling. I am a satisfied customer because of Ms. Cooper.
My customer service phone experience was not good that is why I went to the store I am glad I did.

I’ve been using AT&T for years now but my experience stayed rather neutral until Joshua Rogers, a sales rep at this location, helped me one day. He is efficient & really looks at finding the best plan, phone, & accessories for you. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has got a great personality as well.
