The Inn on the River Pigeon Forge

We absolutely loved this place. It was so cozy and all the amenities that you get. Our room was riverside 1st floor, the first morning we were awaken by 3 ducks wanting to be fed. The geese will eat the food right out of your hand. The bed was so comfortable, slept like a baby. The cookies and popcorn was an added treat each evening. The breakfast was very good you don’t go hungry. This will be our place to stay when we come back.

This hotel was great! The staff at check in were friendly and explained everything. They give you free cookies and popcorn! There was live music also! The room and hallways were very clean. The air conditioner/ heater had a funny smell. I love the ducks out back by the river!

We went for our 5 year anniversary. It was perfect live music on the river, balcony right on the river, spacious rooms. The staff was amazing booking was so easy and helpful suggestions to make our trip special. We were greeted soon as we walked in with super nice smiling staff. All staff we encountered were smiling and a pleasure to talk with.

This is a great location. Our room has a balcony over the creek. Very relaxing. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The hotel makes popcorn every night at 7:00. It’s movie theater style and is very good. We will def come back here next time in Pigeon Forge.

One of our top places to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge. Very nice staff everywhere and very clean. Always helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVE the cappuccino machine!!!!!!!! Keeps me coming back just because they offer this 24/7. Thanks IOTR

While we only stayed 1 night I must say it was wonderful the room was spotless and quiet, the lobby relaxing and clean the cookies at 4pm very nice, the popcorn at 7 pm also very nice and the enclosed back porch very comfortable (opens up when weather is nice) the Breakfast bar WOW lots to choose from.
This will be a do over some time in our future.

The Inn on the River is our go to spot. Nice hot breakfast with lots of variety, cookies in the afternoon and popcorn in the evening. They have a nice fire pit and patio with lots of seats. I love that they have multiple seating areas because we usually come with a group of around 15 people. The rooms are always clean and we sleep well in the beds.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It is my favorite winter time hotel. The amenities are perfect for all ages. Popcorn bar, drink dispenser, fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Win, win, win. Highly recommend!

We were in town for Christmas. We stayed 4 nights here. It was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms. Fab checked us in and was always working during our stay. She was considerate abd kind. She worked so well with us during changing rooms from one check out to checking into another room. Housekeeping took care of everything. It was a beautiful experience. Would definitely stay here again. .

Right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed our entire stay! The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and they have a great selection of things to do inside the hotel. They have cookies, popcorn, affordable snacks, a great breakfast selection, board games, two pools and a firepit outside.

They are so accommodating! Everything was clean, breakfast was big variety and very good. Service was great also. Very helpful! Our room had a terrace where you could sit out and watch the geese and ducks play in the creek. Towels and supplies were plentiful. A great place to stay! Free popcorn and drinks 7-10 pm
Only wish I had time to go to one of the two pools. Plenty of eating places nearby. We visited Oct 9 ckd out Oct 12, 2023. There were crowds and a lot of traffic.

Best hotel in Pigeon Forge! I have stayed here multiple times over the last 4 years. It's located in the middle of everything fun. The rooms are clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing! We love to sit out by the fire at night. They have an indoor AND outdoor pool. This is the only hotel I will stay at when visiting.

Very nice, clean and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was terrific, along with afternoon fresh baked cookies, all-day fresh coffee, hot tea, hot apple cider, sweet tea, and evening fresh popped popcorn 🍿 The hot tub and indoor pool were also a plus.

My mother and I spent 3 nights there this week, we really enjoyed ourselves. Place was very affordable,
room was clean and comfortable and great hot breakfast. I also appreciated the military discounts. Every employee was exceptional nice especially front desk, thank you Misty for all your help. Also hotel is located near everything and trolly stop is right in front of hotel.

It was our first time staying there. We had a room by the river and the Ducks congregated outside our door the indoor and outdoor pool were both kept immaculately vacuum cleaned daily staff was friendly and accommodating breakfast was good. Coffee tea and cocoa available 24/7 fresh popcorn nightly from 7pm til 10pm

When I have visitors in town for business, The Inn on the River is my top choice. I consistently recommend this place, and I've hosted numerous people here who absolutely adore it. While I've been to The Inn on the River myself without staying overnight, everyone I've directed to this location has raved about its prime location and the exceptional staff.

We have stayed here the last 2 yrs. And many other times that we come to Pigeon Forge. Right on the Parkway and located near plenty of restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. Nice, clean and fire pit with rockers at night, right on the river. Popcorn each night and a great breakfast in the morning.. we really like it!

This hotel was amazing!! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We had a balcony with a view of the river, very nice!! The complementary breakfast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be going there again...soon!!😃❤
