We had our ceramic tile floors, & grout cleaned & sealed. We moved into a house that is 23 years old & the floors needed a more thorough cleaning that we could do ourselves. The grout had darkened over time & the tile had lost some of its shine.
After the steam cleaning & sealing the tile & grout looked much better. Curtis the technician was professional & friendly. He listened to my concerns about certain areas that may be in need of more attention than the rest of the floor. He did a great job! I will use Hansen if I need any of their other services without reservation.

We have dogs, which means we need frequent carpet cleaning. We always use Hansen's Steamway. We ask for Curtis by name when we schedule. He is always so respectful and courteous. He is thorough and does a great job making sure our carpets are good as new!

On time, careful and very efficient. RV carpet in bedroom had lots of grease from work on motor. Carpet now looks new. Curtis also cleaned all area rugs and tile. Looks great! Will definitely call Hansen when we need their services at our home!
