Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg

We have enjoyed our stay for our mini vacation. Our room was nice and clean and crisp. The bathroom looks to have been updated. Very nice. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was good, and waffle makers made it even better. You can't get a better location, so I will be booking again.
Thank you to all the staff for your friendly, professional customer service. This will go a long way.

As a very last minute decision to stay in Gatlinburg on a Friday night, we were happy that we were even ABLE to get a room when the city was Absolutely packed! The first room wasn't perfect... but when others checked out Sunday, we were moved to a Much better room. We stayed in 3 different rooms at this location on our week long visit in Gatlinburg.
We made the mistake, one night,
of trying out another inexpensive hotel and came right back to The Clairon the very next day. THE BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE!!
The view was nice too! The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The staff was also very accommodating to all of our needs. Super close to all the fun stuff in town!

good service and nice front desk people. clean & spacious rooms. good breakfast. not crowded at all. the place was extremely quiet. we only heard some shouting when there was a bear rummaging through some trash in the parking lot 🤣. this place is updated and had some obvious remodeling done so pay no attention to their older photos. it’s also right on the Gatlinburg strip so you don’t have to pay $10-$20 to park !!

the ONE singular issue I had was that the shower was a bit small. and there isn’t a door, only a glass wall right by the shower head. it’s a nice design but we had to lay a towel on the floor so it didn’t get wet. but overall it’s affordable on weekdays and was totally worth the price so I’d definitely stay again.

The room was so clean! Staff was very nice! Easy check-in and check-out! The Breakfast was good, especially the Waffle Maker with the Bear imprinted it made on the waffle. The location is prefect if wanting to be close to the strip! A Bear dumped the metal garbage can over on the balcony and got into the trash overnight, but was pretty funny to see! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely staff here again!

I've stayed her 2x in the past 4 years. It's a great location for being able to walk from the hotel to main shops. Price per night wasn't to bad. The rooms are OK
My pals room had issue with plugs / lights not working ( rm#221) They ended up moving her the next day. We stayed e nights. The breakfast was AWESOME! Sausage, gravy, biscuits, eggs, waffle maker & much more. I was EXTREMELY pleased. The meal was up & running by 0700am..

Great place to stay in gatlinburg. Very near to downtown(walkable). Almost all things are near by and can roam around very easily. We stayed 3 nights here. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom cleaning can be improved as there was some smell. Front desk people are cordial and helpful. Breakfast was awesome

This hotel is perfect because it’s located amongst all the great places and a long stroll from the actual mall area. Our rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. Our check in and check out both went smoothly.

We was very satisfied with our room. It was very clean, breakfast was good. When we got to our room we was shocked because it had an extra room with it with a green bed and a big tv. We only wished we could share it with some family

The rooms are small, no desk or table or extra chair, beds very comfortable and the linens were good. Quiet for the most part, outside room entrance. Excellent free breakfast and front desk personnel.

This place was actually alot better than I expected. The rooms were clean when we arrived and we were surprised by the complimentary breakfast. It has something for everyone.
Probably the best location of all of the hotels being that it is right on the edge of the action downtown. It was very easy to get in and out of and when you want to go somewhere it is only a block away.
We will return...

We stayed there for 5 night. The tv remoto didn’t work but I let the lobby person about it and handed a new one, friendly staff. We had breakfast every morning. Everything was good. We do enjoy our staying here!!! You can walk to Anakeest, the aquarium and the Main Street, has a nice view. Everything was really closed by. We got a standard room with 2 queen beds, the rooms are not big but they comfortable… we enjoy the pool the water was a little cold it has a nice view too! The cafeteria had everything good food nice view cheap place what else could you go, good location!!

Very cool experience! Super clean room with modern amenities and decor , the bed was also extremely comfortable. Frontdesk was so very helpful and kind in helping me find transportation A++++

Great hotel, walking distance to Gatlinburg strip, great Waffles for breakfast. Room was comfortable and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Great value.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Great big breakfast. I spotted a bear across the mountain from our room.

Its a nice service and great location the room was great clean and everything we need I spent only one night but great hotel definitely worth for mi and my family recommended !!!

Great price and location ! Clean rooms only issue was the shower pressure was so bad otherwise all was good! Will stay again

Our room was fantastic if I had to pick somethings that could have been better it would have to be the wifi,and the fact it had a fireplace but no wood to burn,otherwise it was very enjoyable! Thank you

We had a great time, room was clean, great customer service, great breakfast, location is amazing, you couldn't get any closer of a spot if you wanted to. We literally only drove for a gas station, and when we drove out of Gatlinburg. did all attractions, shopping and food via walking out the front door of the hotel. When we come back to Gatlinburg, we will be staying here again. Literally no complaints.

After having a room we wouldn’t dared have stayed in we came to Clarion Point in the early morning hours. We received excellent customer service and a nice, clean room. Even though the room was sort of small, it met all of our needs. Thank you!

Tammy at the front desk was just remarkable and extraordinary. She remembered my name/went out of her way twice for me/made everything easy. I would poach her for her customer service skills if I were an employer.
