Trish's Mountain Diner

We love this little spot! Everything is great. Definitely a must when we are in the area! We enjoyed a hearty and wonderful breakfast. I had a breakfast bowl and my hubby a hearty sammy. Our server was kind and helpful with questions about the area. Can't wait to come back!

Came in recently in a snowy day, was welcomed right away. Order placed and food came quickly and it was so good. Perfect lunch. Service was impeccable. Thank you. Will be back

Nice little down home restaurant reminds me of the country diners from home. Service was great. Everything was top notch .Sat by the door a little drafty when people came and went. But other than that it was perfect

Greatest diner east of the Mississippi! This is my favorite place to go for breakfast after ziplining. Shirley is the best waitress you will ever have! Everyone is kind and funny and never let me down! Get an omelette wrapped or the French toast. Specials are often the best!

Never had a bad experience here from the food to the staff. Also place is very clean. Not a tourist trap, just a top notch place where locals and visitors alike go to. Once you visit you will be a repeat customer for sure!!!

Based on a recommendation from the locals, we took a bit of a detour from Gatlinburg to check out Trish's Mountain Diner. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it! Everything they served was fantastic and made fresh. I was a bit hesitant to try the Catfish because I've had bad experiences elsewhere, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot because it was the best Catfish I've ever tasted!

The service was top-notch too, with all the staff being super friendly and polite. The drive was definitely worth it, and we're already planning to stop by again the next time we're in the area. Trish's Mountain Diner is a gem!

What a hidden gem around Gatlinburg area!
We are here for breakfast on our kiddo's fall break trip. Service was excellent and made me feel like I'd stepped back into my Grannies kitchen. The food was some of the best breakfast I've EVER had... highly recommend either the Biscuits and Gravy or Waffles.
The big "Breakfast" places in town will have you on a 1+ hour wait and cycle you in and out...not here at all. We were able to sit right down and felt like we could have just sit and talked as long as we wanted.
Make sure this place is on the top of your list for your next Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge trip!

This was our first time here and we loved it! The breakfast bowl was delicious!! Our waitress Liz was absolutely great,friendly and loved her teasing my husband about being thirsty and a man of few words(which he isn’t). We will definitely be back on our next vacation!

SHHHHHHH… this is the place the locals don’t want you to know about. The Homemade syrup is uniquely amazing and goes great with the waffles!! Homemade biscuits are amazing, and the build your own breakfast bowls are out of this world!!!

I recommend this place for breakfast even if you have to drive from Pigeon Forge!!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Trish's Mountain Diner during my recent trip to Tennessee, and it was a highlight of my visit. The atmosphere of the diner was incredibly inviting and cozy, perfectly embodying the charm of the surrounding mountains.

The food was a delight in itself. I tried the classic Mountain Breakfast, and every bite was delicious. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was crispy without being overly dry, and the pancakes were light and fluffy.

However, what truly set Trish's Mountain Diner apart was the excellent service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my coffee cup was always full and that I had everything I needed.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Trish's Mountain Diner to anyone visiting the area. Not only will you experience wonderful food and a lovely atmosphere, but you will also be treated with the utmost care by their fantastic team. I can't wait to return on my next visit.

A little bit of a drive but 100% worth it. The food was great and the service was even better. My only regret is that I didn't come here again before we left town. Fantastic breakfast at a reasonable price

We stopped through on our way back to VA and EVERYTHING we got was absolutely delicious! The staff was so kind and the atmosphere when you walk in is so warm and welcoming!! I had the catfish, slaw, fresh greens, and Mac and cheese!! The prices were also great! Highly recommend!!!

One of my favorite places to eat locally. The homemade food is delicious, portions are generous, and the staff members are delightful. Put this one on your list for sure!!

The food was very delicious. The collard greens were freshly made. The chicken and dumplings were great!

Stopped in for lunch for the first time and was glad I did.
The 4 of us definitely enjoyed our meals. I always love a good ole glass of sweet tea and theirs was excellent.
I ordered the rib-eye cheese sandwich and it was excellent.
Now about the service. It was not great at all, but no fault of the servers. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned and there were several dirty. Waited about 15-20 minutes before we could order our food. There were only 2 girls working and one had a busted foot. But they were doing everything they could to keep up. But it was almost impossible with the amount of people coming in and out.
If you are patient you will get excellent food.

Stopped in at Trish’s after it was recommended to us since we were looking for a “mom and pop” place to eat. The banana pudding was out of this world. I also had the hush puppies which were great too. Sandra was our waitress and she was attentive and kind. Definitely a place you should stop if you’re looking for something local and less touristy. With each entree we got two sides and a choice of cornbread, biscuit, or roll- so definitely plenty of food. The two of us each had an entree for lunch and split a dessert and the bill was $31. Would recommend.

Best meal we’ve had all week. A fantastic place you should definitely visit!

We decided to try Trish’s Mountain Diner today because of the good menu selections and the location is right next to our condo.

I ordered a Reuben and it was delicious! I also ordered French onion soup was 10/10!! The portions were plentiful!

I ordered food Togo and they made sure we had everything needed and that we were all set to go! The service was 10/10.

The owners were very friendly and I will be visiting again before I leave.

Had a feeling I would like this place and boy was I right! The prices are great for what you get and service is wonderful as well. For a dinner meal you get your entree, 2 sides, a salad or soup (or 3rd side), choice of bread (roll, biscuit, cornbread or Texas toast). They have tons of sides to choose from and 4 soups. So most anyone should have something they like here! It's all made in house or certainly tastes like it! We'll be back!!
