I've parked here every visit to Redmond because it's easy and cheap. However, I'm not sure now on the overnight parking or rates. It seems the first four hours are free but are they. I got a ticket which is steep it was 50.00 and it was only 10:20 a.m. I wasn't even close to 4 hours. I called but the process they make it to get your money back is a bit ridiculous so they won. Just watch and make sure you document your time and have proof when you arrive.

Cheap but employees are irritated and short

$66 ticket for parking past the 2 hour timeframe by 12 minutes. It costs $1 per extra hour, but when I parked for just a bit over the 2 hour free timeframe I received a $66 ticket. The price goes from $66 to $103 if you don't pay it within 2 weeks! So just be aware, they watch this lot like hawks, and crazy expensive tickets are the result of going over your allotted time. Quite a racket.
