I absolutely love coming here..from the friendly people who take your orders to the ones who hand you your food at the end of the line..they are all very polite and courteous..it reminds me of the way it was in the old school days when people actually had respect for others and appreciated their customer's. They are one of the few fast food places that actually give great customer service as well as preparing excellent food! My favorite is the market fresh salad!

I always get the market salad there, which I love, but this time I also ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich. And it was even better than I thought it would be!

So quick and always has friendly workers! The indoor playground is cleaned often (I see them in there myself!) and bathrooms are well maintained. Def one of the best places for a indoor play/food area in columbia.

Eat here often. Excellent food and staff. Never had a bad experience at any of their locations. Very well run restaurant.

Very clean, nice atmosphere, good music, good lighting, kid and family friendly, fair prices, it couldn’t get much better. I’ve ordered my entire family (5 ppl) meals in the drive-thru before and I’m in and out in like 5-7min. Love it

I love that they have two lanes for the drive thru, and people standing there to take your order when it gets super busy! That line never stops moving! And the food is great too!

The drive-thru process is great -- having someone there to take your order and payment at the front end, so when you drive around they're just focused on getting your order together. The food was hot and delicious, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Staff is always friendly. Food is fresh and hot 95% of the time, never tasted bad. Fastest and most reliable corporate fast food place in Columbia.

I have only eaten at Chick-fil-A once before. I can't remember what I had but it had a slight sweet taste which is a bad thing for me as I detest sweet meat of any kind especially when I do not know it is sweet beforehand. However, on our visit the other day, the food was very good, the sweet lady that waited on us was very nice, patient, and helpful. It was clean as well.

Delicious as always. Kind staff. Nice condiment bar if you need some for later. Free drink refills and you can exchange the kids toy for an ice cream if you choose!

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and the chicken sandwiches were great. They also had amazing fries.

This location has always been great. The food always tastes good. Usually gets pretty busy during peak hours but they move quick. I've ate inside as well and they did a good job keeping it clean. I've been here multiple times and I've only had an issue with my order twice. They forgot my fries in one order and messed up my sandwich in the other. But for the amount of times I've been, I'd say those are good odds! I noticed the fries soon after leaving and went back through and they gave them to me. The second time, I didn't realize until I was already home so I just ate it. But they have great customer service when fixing orders.

I was visiting my daughter who lives in the area and we went into town for first Friday. Originally we were going to eat somewhere on the square but received terrible service so we came to Chick-fil-A and had a wonderful meal, excellent service and left happy. Sometimes you just need to give up fancy for service where people honestly care and the food is consistently great.

Chic fil a drive through is a well oiled machine. If other restaurants could train under them, it would be a better fast food industry. Everyone is so friendly. This is a great location!

Best fast-food chicken sandwiches anywhere. It is pricey, however.
