I have been helped twice by an excellent employee at Belk’s in Columbia, TN. His name is Darrell. Both times he has gone out of his way to help me find items. I appreciate his kindness and his expertise.

I found the store to be well stocked but was short on cashier's. I had to return the bath sheet that I purchased because it was damaged. It was hard to find other bath sheets but I found one to replace it. The experience was good. The cashier was great she did the exchange without any problems.

I love my annual Black Friday trip to this store as we have no Belk stores in Ohio. There are so many incredible deals and a great selection of merchandise.

Still one of my favorite places to shop, my mother and I go together on Sundays. So much to choose from, quality merchandise fair pricing excellent customer service! Thanks Belk!

Excellent customer service from Robert in the men's dept. He told me about Izod shirts on clearance on line that were an amazing deal. I spent $8.97 (before tax) and saved $156.03 on three really nice Izod shirts. Definitely going back!

Very nice store friendly people an curtious .. I found everything I was looking for but my Chanel CoCo .. I love that stuff it smells so Wounderful .. Brilliant store with smashing goods and heart stopping discounts. At the 50% percent off clearance I snagged a $100 pair of cole hahn shoes marked down to 50 dollars and discounted another fifty percent. You cannot go wrong. Great quality, brilliant prices. Shopping for fashionistas. Have purchased whole outfits for under $30! Amazing!

I usually shop online. Ordered a pair of Alegria sandals and they sent the wrong ones so I went to the store where the lady sent them back for me and ordered the right ones and even found them on sale for me. Very good customer service.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Overall a good shopping experience.

I love shopping at Belk. All there cloths and accessories are very high quality. I will tell you what I hate. For years I've been buying socks from so many different stores. The problem is that the elastic in the top and middle of the socks loose there elasticity, there for causing your sock to fall down. I bet there're a lot of you out there that can relate to this problem. The problem is poor quality. I've found 2 places that sell good quality socks and one place is belk, so get right out there and get yours today.

I love Belk but not too many associates available to check me out. Selection was not as good as usual.

They had great sales going on. And they sell high-end perfume/makeup that is usually only available at Nordstrom or Macy's

They have a cool lucky finds system for returned items ordered in online. Maked for some great savings. Great staff too.
