Fantastic!! New property! Extremely neat & clean. Location is excellent, very quiet area of the town. Microwave and Refrigerator are also available inside the room.

Enjoyed our stay! Strongly recommended because the pricing was very low in comparison to other hotels we stayed last 11 days in Utah.

We wanted to have a staycation at the hotel with the pool to let kids swim for a day. Chose Comfort Inn & suits because we haven't stayed there before and the pool has a small slide. The room was nice and clean. No weird smell or noises. The pillows were comfy. We loved spending time at the pool. The kids had a blast. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Very nice and clean hotel rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee could have been better. But overall recommended to stay.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Room was spacious and complimentary hot breakfast was good. 25 minutes away from Zion NP and close to restaurants/grocery stores. I’d stay here again!

We have stayed here several times over the past few years. This is our go to hotel when staying in southern Utah. It’s a little cheaper than the equivalent hotel in St. George, but still within 20 minutes to almost anything you’d want to do. It’s consistently clean, front desk is great, and of course my kids love the pool and hot tub. The water slide is always a hit as well. Staff is friendly and overall just a great place to stay. We finally signed up for rewards so looking to stay here again soon :)

We stayed here on a Friday night in to a Sunday morning with no reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The was clean and bright. Pool and hot tub are top notch. The slide in to the pool is super fun. My kids and I loved it. I must have gone down it a hundred times. Pool area is very clean with a good stock of towels. Bed were very comfortable. I slept well. Kids and husband slept well. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. So many options. Both of my kids ate without complaint. Will stay here again when we travel through! Excellent part of town and close to food options.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was clean, service was great and suite was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with all basic amenities and beautiful location. You can walk out of the hotel and can see mountains all around you. No issues at all !

We loved staying at this Comfort Inn! It seems new. Our room had 2 queen beds, a desk, desk chair, sitting chair, a padded bench, a refrigerator (worked well), and a microwave. The bathroom was more spacious than I'm used to having in a hotel room I loved it! Beds were comfortable. AC worked great! (Much needed!) Laundry facilities, ice machine, and water refill station were just down the hall. They had a free breakfast. We were very comfortable there! I would recommend it highly! The only thing that would have made the location better would have been to be less than 30 minutes from Zion NP. However, 30 minutes wasn't bad, and we took advantage of the opportunity to do some other things in the area such as explore St. George, etc.

At $98/night, the room was clean, comfortable, and provided the space we needed for our family. It felt like it was located in a safe area, and the included breakfast was better than average. 5-stars, would happily stay again!

Very nice hotel. We stayed for 3 days. Great location and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The pool was cold, the hot tub hot. The people were very nice too.

Great location, spacious and clean room, good selection of warm food for breakfast (6.30-9.30am) included. We had very pleasant experience. But the bathroom ventilator is pretty loud. Definitely good value for money and comfort! First time trying this chain and will be back for more!

Great hotel. Management definitely cared about the property and made sure to make everything comfortable. Room was nicely appointed and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was good, though perhaps less salt in the sausages could help make them a bit better. That said, this issue was not noticeable enough for me to lower the stars here.

Stayed here with the family 9/22, the hotel grounds are nice and clean. The hotel staff was friendly though there was a miscommunication about getting a late check out. The room was nice, complete with a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows (4 per bed). They have ample parking that is well lit. Breakfast was good with juices, Belgian waffles, eggs and sausage. We also saw oatmeal and cereal. Our room had a shower (no bathtub) and 4 large towels. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice lobby and pool area. Great parking. Decent breakfast. Hopefully they will rotate breakfast like other hotels though. Stayed 2 nights and got the exact same breakfast each morning. Overall great. Would definitely recommend for families and I would stay there again
