AA Auto Service Center

AA Auto service center is really great place to have your car efficiently serviced. People there are so professional and skilled to inspect and spot the issues in your car and recommend the proper repair service needed.
They also honor their warranty of any part used during the maintenance, so they helped me with adjusting my brakes after two weeks from replacing them .. they ended up replacing it for me with $0 cost as part of their warranty.

They also accept the %15 parts and service discount form Costco .. so it’s a plus on top of their reasonable prices compared to competitors in Redmond

I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 10 years, despite living over 20 miles away. Mike and gang have always taken care of me and done high quality work for fair prices. Great shuttle service within a few miles. It's the only place where I've trusted their recommendations 100%.

Absolutely fantastic and honest service. I went in for a brake check after another Service Center recommended I get my brakes replaced.

I know Audis are a pain to work on and the rates are great, and so was the service. My car was out for a while and I was even given a loaner to use for a bit - I never could have gotten these repairs completed if it wasn't for that.

Small hiccups with parts were communicated to me and everything was done promptly and professionally.

The service here is exceptional. I've taken my car here for a few problems, and each time the experience has been great. They work quickly and know their stuff. My car had a problem with its thermostat, and they identified the problem more accurately than the dealer. They go above and beyond to provide fast and reliable service at a reasonable price.

Mike and his team are top notch. Great communication and made sure I was looked after. Mike and his team are thorough and make sure the job is done right from the start. I don’t trust my vehicle with anyone but a select few and Mike is one of them!!!

Decided to try AA Auto Service Center based on reviews from Facebook and AAA and they did not disappoint. Great customer service, went above and beyond to find the right part needed and was able to recommend outside vendors for services that do not provide. Reasonable rates. Will be back with our other car in the near future.

I've been here for an oil change twice. The service is great, and I got a good deal for my oil change services. Mike is very welcoming and tries hard to accommodate his customers. His team takes care of my 2019 Camry, so I don't have to worry about it. Thanks, Mike!

They diagnosed and fixed an issue that the dealer missed, and were incredibly reasonable about the price. Call them about a noise coming from what we thought were our tires. They recommended we take it back to Costco and have a checked we did but unfortunately that was not the problem. We went back to AA to make an appointment to have them diagnose the problem. One of the mechanics came in and the owner asked if he would take a look at it right now for us he said sure. How nice was that. Not only did he find the problem but he corrected it immediately we were out of there in 20 minutes at a very reasonable price for what is great service. We will be servicing our cars a 2020 Hyundai sonata and a 2017 Volkswagen golf they are in the future. What more can we say friendly courteous and thorough.

I had a recent mishap with DIY wiper blade installation, and one of them flew off while I was driving. I visited this place, and the gentleman in the store went above and beyond to promptly check and fix the issue. His exceptional customer service and quick resolution were truly appreciated. Thank you for saving the day! Highly recommend this shop for their expertise and outstanding service. And I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Mel was the person I spoke to when initially scheduling my diagnostic. He was very professional, answered all my questions. I was checked in quickly when my car (towed) arrived.

Dimitri is the technician who diagnosed my car as it's a German brand and he is the specialist. I knew he knew how to diagnose a VM as he has been working on this car brand for more than 2 decades.

Mike is the shop manager. He called me with the bad news that my engine was blown. He gave me the option of getting a used engine myself and they would install it and it would be much better financially doing that.

In the end, I opted to not repair my car due to the value of the car vs what I owe vs the engine/repair bill.

I would, 100%, recommend this shop to anyone looking to have work done on their German vehicle (but honestly, any brand).

Took my Toyota in for a timing belt replacement. The tech looked and found a loose clamp and fixed it for free. I have been taking my 3 cars here since 2023 instead of the dealer without up sell like the dealer service.

One of the best auto service centers on Eastside. I've taken my wife's BMW a few times here for service (oil change, routine maintenance etc.), and the quality of their work, customer service etc. have been exceptional. Last month I dropped off her car early in the morning, and the owner even let me take his own car home as there were no loaners available and the shuttle wasn't running. Who does that!!!

Just took my car in to get the brakes looked at and replaced. They took a look and diagnosed the issue and let me know exactly what was going on with my braking system. Additionally they checked my coolant levels, oil, changed the oil and topped off the coolant. Mike was super helpful and gave me great recommendations on what repairs should be done. I am very happy with the service and will be recommending AA Auto to all my friends and family, I intend to take my car here for any future maintenance needs.

Having recently moved to Washington I was very happy to find a mechanic that was honest, reliable and with a deep understanding of my 2001 BMW M5. I brought my car in for an oil change and the team was quick and thorough, even identifying an incorrect seal on the oil drain used by the previous mechanic. They also addressed two chips in my windscreen Thank you! Will be bringing my car back here.

These people are awesome, they do outstanding work and would highly recommend. They had my vehicle fixed up crazy quick and their work was great!

Phenomenal service by everyone in the shop, went to them two separate times for a lot of things and they delivered perfectly, while being EXTREMELY affordable. A $4000 stealership quote turned into $1700 here. Love Mike and the team, they definitely care about their customers and seem to always be eager to help while having personalities.

A nice driver behind me at the traffic light stop came up and told me that my brake lights were not working. I drove into AA Auto Service Center which was just around the corner. I expected a long wait since this was last minute. Mel was super friend, once he heard what the problem was, looked the brake lights to ensure that they did not work. He changed out the light bulbs for me right there without any charge. I was pleasantly surprised! I was out of the shop within 10 minutes. Thank you, Mel! I will definitely be back for other car services.
