I have been having an intermittent check engine light and issue with my car that other places I took it into couldn’t help me with. It was a freezing day when I came in and Brandon was willing to come out in the cold and go above and beyond to help me with several issues with my car to make driving my car much safer. Can’t say enough about how valuable of an employee he is to the AutoZone staff and irreplaceable. This is definitely my go to place when I need to get car parts and help with my car parts.

I needed a new windshield wiper, which my car has a very specific type of clip that isn't very common. The worker was super helpful as we tried a few different wipers until we found one that was compatible with my car.

Randy and Chris, are awesome..they always help us out. I live in Clinton and I drive to Layton just for their great customer service, better than the one that is close by me.

I was just in there today and had to buy a new battery, something so small but the guy who helped me (i wish i could have read the name tag but i am pretty much blind) was so helpful and nice and I have no idea about anything and I did not even know how to install it and he was just so ready and willing to help me. Looked up a video to make sure he could do it and really just went above and beyond. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable here because everyone is always so helpful and I feel so dumb when it comes to vehicles. He installed my battery was so incredibly kind and I went home so happy. I wish I could do more than just a review. 10/10 love auto zone

Brian was very helpful and was happy to go out of his way to provide excellent service. He was even happy to help stay a few minutes past his shift. He got me what I needed and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with their service.

I have a business account with auto zone. I have tried different location but they always give me the run a round. I always come to this location because they treat me so kind. Today my battery died they didn’t Even hesitate to help me change my battery. When some of the other locations it’s almost like pulling teeth to get them to help me switch out my battery. Being a female owner of my company I’m not the best at switching out batteries. This female sale clerk didn’t Even bat an eye she jumped right up and said she’d help me right away. In the process of changing out the battery terminal on the battery broke and so she ran to another store to pick up the part and replace it. I just could not thank this location enough. Great service today from Candice & Dana.
I went in looking for L.E.D Driving Lights for my Son's car.
They had what I thought only worked for the Fog Lights, but Candice indicated they will work as Driving Lights too.
I bought a set for my self and Candice put them in my vehicle. I could definitely see a difference from the Bright White Zenon's I had in there.
Excited to see the results tonight!
Oh, and my son too!

Needed to figure out what's going on with my battery since my car died today.
Turns out my battery cables were loose and unable to be tightened. Service agents at Auto Zone helped me find shims to add to keep them tight. When the terminal ends didn't fit on the new shims, they suggested I replace the terminal ends--and then installed them for me , even taking the time to file out the screw holes that were too small on the front terminal.

Top notch service! I'll be a customer for life.

They were so helpful! I needed a new battery. They installed it and let my budding mechanic 11 year old watch and answered his questions too. Great customer care!

This location has been here for a very long time and has always had what I need. The employees are quick and knowledgeable and the store is always clean and organized. Went in for a serpentine belt and mentioned my engine light was on and they offered to check it despite how busy they were.

This location is always great with customer service. I also appreciate the cleanliness of their store.

Went here the other day to get a new headlight and pick up struts we had ordered. Shannon so kindly helped me with everything I needed and Caleb was a blessing and helped pop everything on my car for me so my husband or I didn’t have to spend time on YouTube doing it ourselves 😂

Fast and efficient Customer Service

I feel like this is my default part store. Every time I've gone in it's been excellent customer service. This last time I actually brought my batteries in and they were able to test them on the spot. Although they've offered to charge them they wouldn't charge them overnight as it's against their company policy. Which I can completely understand. I ended up purchasing a battery charger which I really like. The digital display and the percentage showing how charged it is is a really nice feature. Thanks for being my go-to guys for parts.

I didn’t catch the name of the person that helped me but she deserves a raise! She had pink hair and was super friendly. Helped me with my battery issue and I’m so grateful! Will be coming back and recommending this location!
