This was my first visit. I went in to get my car inspected and was bracing myself for a long list of recommended repairs. To my delight, they took care of my car while I waited in their clean and comfortable waiting area and came back with my inspection report. No unexpected surprises or pushes to sell me services I had not requested. I would definitely recommend and already did to my family in the area.

I brought my car in to have a diagnostic test done on it. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the diagnostic test on the day of my appointment, BUT they made up for it when I returned. The manager was very sympathetic and apologetic for me having to bring my car back. They listen to my concerns on what was going on with my vehicle and did a thorough job testing it to see what the issue was. to my surprise, when my car was returned to me, I was told that the diagnostics did not find any issues, no red flags that they were concerned about. Because they were unable to find any issues with my vehicle, they waived the fee for the diagnostic test. When I asked why, as I was willing to pay for the test, they told me, they were not going to charge me for something when they couldn’t find anything wrong and it was a thank you for returning after my first experience. Like I said, they well made up for me having to bring my car back in second time. The staff were very personable , they listen to my concerns, they asked me a lot of questions to help figure out what might be going on with my vehicle, they were very communicative with the process, and my car stood. I will definitely be using them in the future, as well as we will be planning on spreading the word about our experience with this shop. Everyone I encountered there was a pleasure to be around and I would say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto shop. In fact, I would go as far to say it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. thank you to the pioneer team for making my experience wonderful.

Recently took my vehicle there for the first time for an Oil change and inspection, also they did a wheel bearing replacement for me. John is very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above the quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience!

Very nice and welcoming staff!! I had called to get my oil filter replaced and I was able to come in same day and was fixed less the an hour. The inside was very nice compared to other repair shops you may go to and prices are very reasonable.

They were very helpful and efficient to my situation! My car was picked up within thirty minutes and taken there where I was treated with kindness. They gave me a Lyft to work and had a response for me by the end of the day. A very honest shop!

There is no better combination of value, expertise and customer service in the automotive service and repair business. The mechanics do a thorough job. Kristen who greets you when you come through the lobby is so pleasant and professional in discussing all your cars maintenance and potential future needs. And all of this is done with a beautiful smile and gracious heart. I give Pioneer automotive my highest regards.

Everyone was super friendly!! They were able to get me in immediately the same day. I thought I had some type of oil leak in which they checked it out with no charge. I would definitely recommend!

Thank you for taking care of my car so I can keep myself and my family safe on the roads! I am a mobile physical therapist and am in my car all the time, so having a "healthy" car is super important to me. I loved that they checked out everything and gave me a rundown of all the things that COULD be fixed, but gave me the "priorities" that needed to be fixed ASAP. Cate and Drew kept me updated on what was happening with my car and explained everything well to me!

I also loved that they are open on Saturdays so it doesn't interfere with my ability to work!

Brought my son's car in to have his brakes repaired. They did a diagnostic and let me know the charges. They provided me with constant updates and had it all done in one day. No pressure for any upcharges. I will definitely go back to them.

It was my first time going. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable. The Communication was the best . Also made me feel like I was part of the Pioneer Family. I will be sure to take my other cars for there needs as well.

I needed an oil change and received their Ad in the mail. They are open until 7pm, which is helpful with my schedule. Very friendly, quick, and fairly priced with their services. I will be returning.

I had to get several things done to my daughter's car. Who doesn't want the best ppl working on their kids car? However, I am usually attuned to how others are acting around me. I spent some time in the waiting area and heard all the conversations and interactions with customers. I was pleasantly pleased at them being nice and professional with others. I also heard a worker ask a more experienced worker a question about a car they were working on. They answered the question without any attitude. I liked that. We drove an hour away to have a top auto mechanic work on my daughter's car. I'll be returning. Ps I also got the oil change and tire rotation package. Super happy about that deal. I'm not so great at leaving the best reviews, but I hope it helps someone.

Great customer service! I bought the 5 pack of oil changes and tire rotations. Good value for full synthetic oil. Didn't have to wait long even though I didn't have an appointment.

First time customer. Drew was very helpful, oil change and tire rotation done quickly, and I was given a thorough run down of suggested maintenance. I was really impressed that they were able to get me in since I made the appointment the previous day. Finally, their oil change package is a no brainer! 5 full service oil changes with them is essentially the equivalent to 2 oil changes at the dealership, and even cheaper than Valvoline.

Friendly staff and they went the extra mile to save me money on my repair. Even provided a ride home after drop off at no charge. Highly recommend this shop for repairs!

As always, service was great! Always spot on with how long things will take, and always smiling and happy.

First time customer, and after reading the other reviews online I decided to roll the dice. 100% satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Had my car towed to the shop, diagnosed the issue, resolved my car problem, and was driving off the lot in the span of a few hours. Along with excellent customer service attitudes between Kristen and Nathan, this was a painless experience

Outstanding! I made an appointment for 3, showed up at 2:55, and they started my vehicle’s inspection at 3. I was out just a few minutes later. I’ll be returning in the future with t other cars.

My daughter goes to school in Denton, and every father‘s nightmare happened when her car stalled in the middle of the highway. We were lucky enough to be very close to Pioneer Automotive. I spoke to Justin And I begged for him to send a tow truck as soon as possible So my daughter’s car would not be towed. He had a tow truck out there within 20 minutes brought the car to his shop, and with an hour called me and explain what the issues were. No high-pressure no exorbitant towing bill just a good honest repair facility that I cannot recommend enough

My daughter had purchased a car battery from AutoZone. We contacted Pioneer Automotive to install. Upon installation they noticed a bad cell in the new battery and immediately removed it. They contacted AutoZone to let them know about the battery and inform them we were bringing it back for a refund. Again, this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I drive from FRISCO to Denton just to have them repair my families cats. Thank you Pioneer
