Aloft Dallas DFW Airport Grapevine

I'm giving a 5 star because the hotel is amazing!! The only downfall was the room we stayed in had an open shower concept. As soon as you walk in the door the shower is to the right and no coverage. So if you walk out of the shower while someone is coming in you are completely exposed. If you are staying with others you are confined to the other side of the petition in the room while someone showers. There needs to be more privacy especially in a double queen room. Other than that, cleanliness, service, amenities, location, food and drinks all 5 star!!

Quiet area, shopping mall right across the freeway. Close to airport. My room was very clean I double checked the cleanliness. Pretty pool has a small nice gym on first floor. Small restaurant/bar on the first floor as well. I booked my stay through a third party so I did have to put a $50 deposit down. If you stay multiple nights house keeping is done every other day unless you request it. Area seems safe.

Every person I spoke to at the front desk gave exceptional service. They were patient with me while I asked questions and very helpful. The hotel room itself was extremely clean. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be choosing this hotel for future visits.

It has been a long day with a difficult travel schedule. I rolled in to the aloft at around 10:00 pm and was greeted by Nicole, the nicest and most helpful person I have seen working in customer service a long time. She should train others on how to treat people right. The hotel was nice but Nicole made it great! If she lived in OKC I would try to hire her away!

My stay here was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very very friendly and helpful, especially Ashely and Tobias. Tobias is the hotel shuttle driver an he went above and beyond. Assisting with bags, check in, conversation, etc. and Ashley greeted me with open arms and with a lovely compliment. I definitely recommend staying at this clean and beautiful hotel. Where everyone seems family like :)

Very comfortable stay, beds are great and the staff was very welcoming and kind. Very clean place and I really like the large open gym. Overall great area. I was a little confused to hear their shuttle starts at 7am but the desk clerk said they could call a cab for me.

Had a cancelled flight and the night team was quick to get me a room and provide personal hygiene products. Super friendly. Room was nice and modern, and I would definitely come back to this location just based on the great service provided.

If I’m being completely honest, this Aloft is okay but it’s completely outshined by its cheerful staff. They are all super nice, but since my prevailing interaction in terms of the customer service experience, was with Ashley, I have to single her out for some high praise.

She is the total package, with specific regard to making sure you feel welcomed and valued in your stay. And glaringly contrary to the otherwise and all too oft seen perfunctorily insincere manner displayed by garden variety corporate drones. You know the ones I mean. Those who barely, if it all, try to conceal workplace contempt and disdain, while wearing a plastered on smile.

She is genuinely effervescent, upbeat, and conscientious in her efforts and endeavors to be helpful, considerate and courteous. She exemplifies the brand of helping posture that you wish could be mass produced across all sectors of customer care. I just hope that Marriott realizes how lucky they are to have someone like Ashley on their team!

Extremely clean and fun rooms. Employees are super nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! I also have to give a shout out to Ashley at the front desk as well! She was so sweet and extremely professional and helpful!!!!

Clean, modern rooms with plenty of USB ports. Big comfortable bed. All you expect from an airport hotel

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Aloft hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made the check-in process quick and effortless.

The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a variety of pillows to choose from. The temperature control was easy to use and kept the room at a perfect temperature throughout my stay.

The amenities at the hotel were ok, with a pool, free parking, bar, and laundry that were all available for guests to use. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet area that provided easy access to local attractions and businesses.

Throughout my stay, the hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests I had.

Overall, my stay at the Aloft hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and customer service made it an unforgettable experience.

I just love this hotel! So many cute details, especially in the rooms. Every part of this place is thoughtful and modern. The bar has a pool table and plenty of seating. The shuttle to the airport only runs from 7 am until 10:30 pm though, so plan accordingly!

My experience at this hotel was made by the people that work there. Tobias was the van driver, who was more than kind to take us to a restaurant and the front desk supervisor Fantasia was also wonderful!

Okay, so we got a free night on American Airlines here ("or would you like the Days Inn?"...uh...no!) for a delayed flight from Raleigh to California. We arrived with our vouchers close to midnight. EVERYONE exhausted. In our party of 2. Despite the fact that all staff at the Alorft, no doubt needed sleep, they were all amazing! Mary at the front desk was so friendly and funny, ("she knows our plight!") and Daryl who had closed the bar, but saw after our 15 hours of flight delays, no bar SHOULD be closed and double bourbons were needed immediately..and they both even let us take a quick and quiet "dip" in the pool just so we felt right at home! Like for realz....and the fun room decor, coffee machine, great breakfast...it's like the best "near to an airport" hotel ever! Liam from the local cab service (thanks American Airlines vouchers!) got us back for our next morning flight. It was THE BEST DELAY EVER!!

Great hotel. Fantastic comfortable bed. Clean spacious room. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Our stay was brief but easy check in and checkout. Full service bar, open gym, and outdoor area. What made the stay memorable was Mary’s helpfulness during a midnight hour issue that came up. We appreciated her assistance, hope to be back another time!

The hotel was beautiful and the room was so clean. They take pride in maintaining the facility. It’s has a bar that is opened until 11am plus a pool table. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Hopefully they keep up the maintenance of this facility because it’s beautiful. It was quiet too, which is a plus.

The service was incredible, after the LONGEST 24 hours of flight, airport, driving, and financial inconveniences GOD was it refreshing to just get in and lay down in a clean warm bed. The lady at the front was so sweet and reminded of my aunt which obviously I personally enhanced the experience. Unfortunately the water heater was out so I did take a cold shower but as I was in the lobby waiting to leave the building manager was on the phone trying to fix it and was definitely in the ball. So at no fault of their own the water heater mechanism went out. Anyways with the experience I had I hope I never see Dallas again but if I trip fall and end up here again I know I can rely on aLoft and their staff to ease it all just a bit.

Met my bestie there she loved her stay and we had an amazing glass of wine, maybe 2 or 3! Stephanie was working the front desk but filled in at the bar mid afternoon on a Sunday and she was super fun to joke with and she had excellent service. Would recommend this location!
