I live in CA and am mainly looking for investment property in Dallas. I was not sure whether I should buy a house or not mainly because of the remote real estate situation.My partner talked to John and explained the situation.John understood our requirements and helped us choose the right neighborhood, school, community and future appreciation.
John toured all the property and gave us honest feedback about the houses.We made an offer on the home we are interested in and the plan was executed.Even It was a remote situation but the whole execution from getting the offer to closing, the Entire process was very smooth. We did not travel but John inspected property personally and negotiated with seller to fix wear and tear.
John has been involved actively, monitoring all steps and continuously updated us.His entire team is very professional and supportive. I highly recommend John services for the home buying process. We are delighted with the whole experience, and I strongly recommend him.

When touring homes they were able to point out any possible problems that they could see, and my husband and I could tell they truly had our best interest in mind. My wife and I decided to move from CA to the Great State of Texas....original storyline I know....

We needed about 27 different unrelated events to line up perfectly in order to accomplish the move, the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house. My wife took a shot in the dark, read some reviews and trusted her gut and we reached out to the Shelby Realty Group.

We chose to lean on John and his lovely wife Jennifer and trust the process. Upon first meeting John at the first house he greeted us with a smile and a folder. The folder detailed all the homes we'd be seeing that day, in order with information, times etc. This was not like our previous realtor and it was impressive. My wife was instantly hooked!

Over the next several weeks, John and Jennifer continued to scout out houses for us even when we had to go back to CA. They gave us virtual walk throughs, facetime chats and provided us real down to earth and practical information. The Shelby Realty Group made us feel like family.

It should be noted...I don't take time to write reviews, but Shelby Realty went above and beyond for me and my family and made this new venture a lot easier. We're moving out there this week, and if I can give anyone advice for 2022 it'd be to reach out to Shelby Realty!

This power couple made it happen 🙌. I was a first time home buyer and coming out of state made it difficult where to start. But with the Shelby team I felt like I knew where I was going. They are SUPER patients and will look everywhere to find you the house to call home. They are honest and wont pressure you to buy a house to satisfy them but to satisfy you, a place you see yourself making new memories. Excellent at communicating with you at their every move and always available to do an open house especially in this fast pace market. I am greatful to have had them as a realtor and trully recommend them.

We wanted to make a life changing move from Ca to Tx. We had never met them in person but found them on the internet and John and myself started messaging and talking. This was end of May 2021. John and his super sweet partner and wife offered to spend 4 full days with us driving us all around Texas showing us properties. We left exhausted but super happy with what we saw. We got home, talked about it, decided on a property and called the Shelby's to let them know we wanted to make an offer.

Fast forward 2.5 months and we had our house in Ca sold and our house in Tx waiting for our arrival!

We have been here since the middle of August and have had lunch with them already. Looking forward to many more outings with them!

John and Jenn have been much more than realtors to us, they have become great friends. They are quick to answer any questions whether it be a text or a phone call! They are right there to help. Things are a bit different here in the big state of Tx (in a good way). We are so blessed to have crossed paths with them. Not only do we have our dream home but we have new friends!
