My husband and I worked with Bonnie and Les to buy our first home. We closed on the house last week and enjoyed the process start to finish. Bonnie knew the market in our target area thoroughly. The house we visited first was a house we hadn’t sent her, she went out on a limb, and it’s actually the house we bought! She took what we were looking for and applied it to other homes we hadn’t chosen to see - it worked very well. The two of them know so much about houses and taught us lots along the way. They’re thorough and look out for their clients. They also have familiarity with lenders, builders, etc which allows them to speak into recommendations. I’m not sure the review mentioning either of them being beligerant or whatever else it said, could be true.

CARD PAYERS BEWARE
If you use debit card to pay your rent in the app, there is a chance that they will place an authorization hold on your account but never hard charge your card and then hold YOU responsible for any resulting late fees when you have to wait for those funds to be released so you can try again. They hold that it is not actually their responsibility to charge the card.
I dunno about you, but holding up a tenants funds, failing to apply them, and then charging them extra for your payment portal's failings seems like shady business practices to me. Unfortunately, they're less shady than most of Denton's management companies--thus the 3 stars.

We were selling our home and Bonnie Brown and her husband/business partner were the agent for our buyers. My experience in working with Bonnie and her husband we're horrible. Bonnie's husband is belligerent and foul mouthed. He caused a confrontation in front his wifes client, myself and my family. Bonnie's husband slash business partner threw a huge temper tantrum yelling and cussing around my family while their broker stood there and watched. In my opinion they are the most unstable and unprofessional individuals in the industry. Buyers and sellers please beware!
