It's normally busy at this location, but the service here Is top notch.
Even if they mess up your order, they're fast to make it right. My favorite location in Denton.

Frequent this location often with my teenagers and they are always so delightful and friendly! Quick line, drinks and food are always accurate. Shoutout to the employee whose name tag I believe said “Libra” when I was there this morning. Great intercom voice and so happy all the time!

I absolutely love this location. The staff is always so friendly, and I don’t experience that at other locations nearby. Every time I go, it’s a pleasant experience and everyone is so kind.

It's rare for me to give a 5 star rating but this location is worth it! There is a location closer to me, I still prefer this one! They're hardly ever out of what I like to order (usually oat milk is out at others). A plus is the employees are always in a great mood! Working in customer service has gone downhill or so it seems but this Starbucks is always a hit!! Keep it up!

Ordered an iced pistachio latte with oat milk and 1 pump of toasted vanilla and it’s easily one of my favorite seasonal flavors ever. But I’m really reviewing to shout out Adrian for being a superstar in customer service. He was so sincere and kind. I had to wait very briefly and he took the time to ask how I my day was going and referred to me by name in a way that felt very warm and genuine. He managed to make a notable impression for such a short interaction. I manage a local coffee shop in town and would be proud to have a barista like Adrian on my team!

My go to place for coffee. All employees are courteous and maintain a clean atmosphere. Been to a few that were trashy, but this one is very nice.

It was so cold today. I walked in to my local Starbucks (Denton (Teasley/Hickory Creek.)
Here's my review on both my strawberry acai, and the Employees.
It does not matter how good my drink was. Six or Seven employees were standing up front, and all greeted me with an Amazing "Welcome!" It made my cold morning absolutely warm, and bright. Thank you to my new Starbucks friends!" Happy New Year. Change absolutely nothing about yourselves.

The Starbucks on Teasley is by far the best store with great atmosphere and fabulous employees. They know how to take care of their customers.

When I relocated I had to find a new Starbucks to call home and this one has fit the bill! Super friendly baristas, my drinks are always right!

Amazing atmosphere with a comfortable environment. Always clean and always friendly staff. The store manager Ms. Shaylie is amazing to speak to and always tries her hardest to make sure the customer is pleased. The staff seem genuinely happy and it makes the whole vibe a lot nicer. The wait time is definitely worth it.

The service is spectacular and they always make my order correctly. If there is ever a mix up with tickets, they have diligently fixed it. They attract a large amount of customers through the drive-thru, so I usually order inside; The get extremely busy, but I still get my order in a timely manner.

This IS my Starbucks!...so I gotta share this...I was in a hurry out the door to go to my work out class and grabbed my bag. Forgot that I had taken my wallet out and left wo/it. Went to the gym...and after went to Starbucks for my favorite treat. The PINK drink!!! Well they were out 😟...bummer! So I ordered the lemonade instead...got to the window to pay and was like oh no!!!...the barrista smiled and said "Don't worry about it! Its on us!!"...I was like Whaaatt???...she smiled and said have a great evening!!!

I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis. Probably 2-3 times a week. Today during my Starbucks run, Julian was working the window. He was so nice. He asked me about my day, my job and we ended up talking about my son. He was so sweet, and honestly made my morning. During this time (COVID-19) people have been so closed off and rude. It was nice having a conversation with a stranger and actually seeing a smile on his face.

Literally ever person that works here is incredibly nice. I go through the drive through almost every morning and love everyone I've encountered. The line can get pretty long but it moves fast.

Friendly staff that greets you immediately. They made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Seating area is open and spacious. Overall, great experience.

I absolutely adore this Starbucks. I work near by and needed a place with good WiFi. Not only is their WiFi fast, but so is their service. They are very kind. They know me by name, some baristas even know my order. I’m always greeted with a hello and a smiling face. They ask about my day and make the extra effort. I never see the baristas sitting around. They are always busy doing work whether it’s taking orders, making drinks, or cleaning. I will continue to go here on a regular basis. 10/10 recommend. :)
