Staybridge Suites DFW Airport North, an IHG Hotel

The front desk attendant was polite but the only reason we booked the hotel was because happy hour was advertised on Expedia there was definitely no bar definitely no grill or anything of the sort. However, the room did make up for it. We were disappointed with that, but that was the only thing.

The kindness of the front desk manager made my experience the best. The care that was shown to us was far beyond our expectations. Flight came in early and they were able to get us in a room before check in time. The toilet was not working properly, they took care of it quickly. Person little gift bags, with a special not with my name.pronted on it was a nice touch. The hotel is under renovation and my room was not one that had been renovated so it was clearly old , but it was very clean. The kindness of people make you over look the small stuff. I will be back when I'm back in Dallas again.

We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites DFWAirport! Mir was very helpful at the front desk and we loved our room! It was a clean and comfortable place to relax and enjoy our stay.

The rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. We stayed for over a week and were very happy.

Location is convenient, near stores, major highways. The amenities are more than anyone can ask for. Great experience.

My family has always stayed at Staybridge. They are by far the best hotel. Rooms are always clean. Housekeeping is always attentive. Front desk is very responsive. And this particular location was great. I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensils.

We did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved. My only complaint was the breakfast. Definitely could have been better. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival Johnnie at the front desk had my friend and I rooms ready, he went the extra mile to accommodate us with whatever issue we had. He got us food when he got off because we checked in so late. Johnnie was awesome and hands on,he was very informative and knowledgeable. The jacuzzi and pool area was clean and spacious and the gazebo was a sight to see.. the breakfast was hotel breakfast nothing to brag on but it was clean and stocked up. The rooms was nice clean and spacious.I didn’t wanna be bothered so housekeeping stayed away. But for the most part I loved this hotel and it did exactly what was expected.

Marc and the rest of the staff made my stay a pleasant one. The complimentary breakfast and the lady in charge of it were spot on. The shuttle pick-up, drive to and from the airport were smoothly executed by the same gentleman that serviced my room.

Almost a month after I had stayed the whole staff assisted me with package delivery instructions.

The room was amazing, clean and fresh. We had the double beds and a pull out couch! It also had extra privacy for the bedroom itself. The mini kitchen could definitely accommodate a traveling family so eating out isn't a must. They provide everything but the actual groceries, so you don't have to worry about kitchenware.
Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at. And it's only 15 min from DFW.

I had never visited this area before. It was so beautiful, everything you could want is close by. It's minutes from Downtown Dallas. The room was like a mini apartment and the service was awesome! I just wish they had a location in Arlington as well.

This hotel was a little run down but not too bad. The room was very nice and pretty clean. We were impressed with the breakfast and the amount of seating in the dining room. I suppose it could have been a little quieter but, all in all, I was impressed and happy with my stay.
I intend to stay here again when I get the chance!

Great rooms, lots of amenities. Front desk was very informative at check in. We found the temperature a bit challenging to regulate and the towels were very rough (no fabric softener maybe?) but overall no issues and we had a very pleasant 1 night stay.

We had an awful day at the airport after not being able to get on a connecting flight. We found a great last minute deal at Staybridge so we can rest up. The shuttle to the airport was great! Once we arrived to check in Jocelyn took great care of us! The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. Thank you Staybridge for giving us a great recharge!

The rooms were nice and cozy with everything you would need for any length of stay you are after. The staff was pleasant and helpful, really making us feel right at home. I also thought it was cool you are required to place your key card into a slot to be able to turn on the power in the room and shuts off when u take it out thus saving on power.

We had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites DFW. The staff was very nice, the room was great, and the breakfast was wonderful.

We forgot something at the hotel and Jessica, at the front desk, did everything to get the item sent back to us. She took the time to check with the shipping place to see what the different rates and shipping options we had. She even made sure to have the shipping company email us a tracking number and called to read out the entire number to make sure we had it. Call back was always quick and communication was great.

Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Great location; attentive, helpful, polite and smiling staff; staff are knowledgeable about what attractions are in the area as well as what there is that can be done with young children; very convenient to have a hot breakfast and coffee available every morning; pool is great; rooms are stocked with almost everything one might forget when traveling (I.e., "how am I going to keep my dirty clothes separate from the clean ones," "what will I use for utensils when I eat"), its all there already. Housekeeping is respectful of do not disturb signs. Do not use candles in the rooms as they will want to attempt to keep your deposit due to smoke being inside the room. Overall a great place to stay, lots of restaurants nearby.

I stayed here in leu of my job. I travel for a living and see many hotels. My experience with this hotel was above average. The customer service is top rated! Mike is the desk personel and he is very professional and over the 🔝 in being courtesy. He was an all around good person. Sam is also very nice and if needing anything will go above and beyond to satisfy the need. I would recommend this hotel as a first pick for Irving. Is quiet and clean and always has fresh coffee anytime throughout the day and night. Thank you staybridge for the professionalism and enjoyable stay! You deserve this review!

I travel to Dallas frequently. This will be my go to place from now on. Everything was perfect from the room to the amenities. Breakfast and the evening social was delicious. The front staff are very courteous. I’m a perfectionist; give very few high ratings but this place is an excellent choice.

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! Walls are kind of thin though you can everything..The staff was warm and inviting except the night manager Michael I believe. He followed us around and asked a lot of personal questions and made quite a few assumptions. I wonder if he does all of the male visitors that way...kind of creepy
