Highly recommend! They were thorough and professional. Sometimes, going to the dentist can be like going to an auto mechanic shop, where they like to overcharge and tell you that you need all this unnecessary work done. This experience was not like that at all. I had 2 previous dentists tell me I needed a deep clean and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to do so. I am glad I came here because the dentist said that I didn't quite need a deep clean but needed a little more than the standard cleaning (medium cleaning). Plus, they didn't try to intimidate me by telling me that I needed all this work done. They simply did a thorough exam and gave me a reasonable work plan. The hygienist, Valerie, was friendly and gentle considering I needed some extra cleaning in certain areas. My only complaint is the time/length of appointment, but that's generally the issue everywhere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back.

Valerie is very knowledgeable with the dental industry. She's patient and listening to my concerns. With Valerie dental care I'm getting better numbers. Gums getting stronger. Thanks Valerie.

I moved to Irving for a short while and needed a dentist. After trying one that ended up being a nightmare on the first visit, I fled to Riverchase. I was surprised by their customer service, timeliness, cleanliness and friendliness! I had a lot of work done here in just a short few months and they were always accommodating. One time I had a flat tire on the way to the office and they still made time for me even though I was running half hour behind. I worked with Dr. Katelyn Cessna, Latoya, and the wonderful woman with the blue hair, I wish I caught her name! They are all so kind and understanding. I highly recommend Riverchase if you are in the area and need a dentist!

Very respectful and accommodating! They work with you and make you feel comfortable! My Hygienist Valerie was exceptionally caring. Kim always explains the logistics of the billing and treatment plan! The Dr. That completed my filling ensured that her work was good and I was satisfied .

Dr. Joe has a great way of explaining treatment to you. He has great concern for his patients dental care and experience while in the office. The complete staff from front desk to hygienist and dental assistance are very helpful easy to express any concerns to. They all have a wonderful work relationship with each other. The atmosphere feels warm and comforting. I feel like I matter when im there.

Adrianna is the best! My wife had told me how good she was but I found out how right she was yesterday when Adrianna did my cleaning. Keep up the good work (and Dr. Cessna was good too!) My second appointment (a week after my first appointment with Adrianna comment) Was terrific as well. Latoya was joy to be around and Dr. Cessna was just as professional, courteous, and friendly as she was he first time I'd been treated by her. Kudos y'all!

First of all, I want to make sure that I make it very clear that I hate going to the dentist. It’s something I try to avoid until I have pain that can’t be tolerated. Now that I’ve stated that, I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised at the expertise and gentleness of Dr. Joe. I’ve seen him at least 4x in the last 6 months and I’ve had extractions and a crown completed with minimal to no pain. He takes extra time to work through my anxiety and helps me calm down. He does multiple pain assessments throughout the dental procedures and provides correct dosing to accommodate for needed relief without overdoing it either. His staff is awesome too. They also have music playing in the background and Dr. Joe’s personality is very easy going. Give Dr Joe a visit if you are at all like I am. 👍🏽

Dr. Joe and his staff are great team! After pulling 3 of my wisdom teeth, they actually called to check up on me to see how I was doing. Also after the follow up I decided to randomly decided to them and see if they can clean out one of the holes where my tooth was removed and they actually fitted me in the schedule! I recommend this dentist for sure

I just moved to North Texas and I ended up chipping a tooth. Dr. Joe and his dental assistant Latoya automatically made me feel comfortable. Medical terms and lingo can be super intimidating to hear but Dr. Joe did an incredible job communicating, making sure I fully understood his game plan. Thank you so much for easily making this a comfortable, relaxing experience! You’ve got a loyal patient now!

I have had so many issues with my teeth and different dentists. Dr. Joe and his entire staff (Toya is so awesome) were so welcoming and put me at ease. I know a lot of people have anxiety with the dentist but Dr. Joe is so nice and laid back you don’t have to feel anxious with him. I would highly recommend!

Maybe a weird thing to say but this is my favorite dentist I've been to. Everyone in the office is so kind and willing to answer any questions/ walk you through what they're doing.
I had my wisdom teeth removed and started feeling anxious during it and the hygienist held my hand and helped calm me down. Later, Dr. Joseph called me, on what I'm pretty sure was after office hours for him, to check on me post surgery and make sure I didn't have any other questions/was feeling ok. Definitely recommend!

Coming here was the best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Jessi at the front desk is always happy and helpful when you call. Latoya, the dental assistant, is quick and gentle with X-rays -- nothing was ever even slightly uncomfortable. Dr. Joe explained the work I needed to have done clearly and concisely and even pointed out something my last dentist missed that must have been there for over ten years! And the work my old dentist quoted me was three times as much! I will be coming back here for all my dental needs. This place has a great team, and it shows that they all enjoy what they do. That's how you make customers for life. <3
