I've been a client of this agency for over 16 years and I love it. The customer service is always great. They go above and beyond to not only meet my insurance needs, but also to answer any questions I have about my policy or rate changes. You can imagine that in 16 years (and three kids) we've had a lot of changes on our policy, but Vince and his team are always there to give us the best rate and the best advice on coverage. In every event that I have contacted a representative with Allstate, has been vastly better than I could have hoped for. Quick, professional and most of all calming for these situations. When my house caught on fire, the agent was capable and extremely helpful with setting up what I needed to make a claim. When someone hit my vehicle, the agent was calm and professional to help me when I needed it. Best of all is that I know everyone I send to Allstate will get the same amazing results.
