Highly recommend Reserve Customs and Service! From an oil change, car registration, or any car service maintenance, I always have an excellent experience. The waiting area is pleasant, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, efficient, and goes above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is well taken care of. I recently had my car serviced at Reserve Auto Group's service department and I am thrilled with the high level of service that I received from JD and the service manager David. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. JD was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with my car, while keeping me informed at every step. I was having some issues with my car and someone referred me to Reserve Customs. I took it and spoke with David the service manager there and he was just awesome. Very helpful and informative about what they would do and how long it would take. My car was there very little time and everything was fixed as he described. Definitely coming back

There are many great things I can say about Reserve Service. David Ingram and his team deliver. Recently brought in my mothers 2014 Acadia for a read camera repair. David mentioned based on the low miles and year, it needed a bit more routine service. Within a minute, he had a full quote at a very competitive price. Not only was the work done quickly, but slightly LESS than quoted! Yes, I said less! I strongly encourage you make an appointment for yourself!

David and DJ were extremely professional and accommodating to install custom sound deadening material in the roof of my Ford Bronco. It was a tricky project but they did an exceptional job. Highly recommend them for all vehicle needs.

Front and back bumper had paint jobs. Looks perfect! They were so easy to deal with; the car was finished within a few hours. The GM, Marcus took great care of us as well as their service manager, Lewis. Great communication throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Reserve Auto as they just completed a rebuild (wheels, tires, lift, steering stabilizer and rear tire mount reinforcement) on my Jeep and she looks amazing and rides great! The time and effort that Davis and Lewis spent making sure we got the look we wanted, while ensuring the ride and safety were of utmost importance, made it a VIP experience. This is an exceptional “One-Stop” shop for ALL of your automobile maintenance and customization needs. Everyone in the staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was so surprised to learn of all the excellent services they provide while I was in there getting an oil change. They were also on time and fast…I will be back to get windows tinted and my brake calipers painted on both of my vehicles in which case the prices quoted to me were less than a very popular customization shop nearby…

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! THEY DO IT ALL and DO IT RIGHT! I was new to Dallas and had someone hit my car. As a car guy it was extremely nerve-racking trying to find a body shop I could trust. Many were giving me quotes that were extremely high and could not complete the work for up to six months. Reserve Customs and Service got me in the next day and completed the work in two days. I even had them do some additional work such as powder coating my wheels and they detailed my vehicle before picking it up free of charge. I’ve had lots of work done to cars over the years and never had the quality and detail that this team provides. Highly recommend reaching out for any of your car needs. I will never consider another shop in the Dallas area.

The service here was immaculate from the moment I dropped my car off up until I picked it up. Everyone there is friendly and takes their work serious. Many shops around Texas didn’t have appointments for my car service until another 1-2 weeks and Tom (the owner) took me in right away. He saw me call a Lyft to my home which was 35 min. away and offered me a drive in a fancy Maserati and offered for my car to be delivered. They gave my car a wash when they were finished and I had no choice but to show my thanks here in this review for their lovely services.

Customer service is what impressed us the most! The service manager and team gave each person the appropriate time of engagement, they listened and ensured we understood the issue needing attention. Reserve Customs and Service was able to replace my compressor and other AC equipment for 40% of the cost of the local Mercedes dealership. Additionally, they got it done in 2 business days. The Local dealership was booking 3 weeks out. Absolutely would use Reserve Auto Group for my Mercedes service!

My truck was scheduled for 9:30 pickup, via Reserve’s [complimentary] Concierge Service, and at 9:27 a technician called from my driveway! Not only that, my vehicle was returned in prompt fashion and before market-close. Reserve’s [complimentary] Wash & Vac is now the icing on the cake, after an oil change, inspection and tire rotation! I am OBSESSED with my G wagon! I bought it from reserve auto group ( Davis is the best!! ) and they transformed it from the inside out! All blocked out , starlight’s one the header that change colors that I can adjust on my phone for the perfect customization! They did so many cool

My front bumper was torn off, Tom and his crew did a terrific job putting my old bumper back on instead of the full replacement, which saved me thousands. Calliber collision and other companies didn’t consider that an option. Definitely has a customer for life!
