DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I went to just look, but with their great prices and cool selection, I purchased a pair of wedges that I love and already received a lot of compliments. The store is huge and has an awesome variety of shoes, boots, sandals and more... I will go back!

I love this location it always has a wide range of work shoes, I can be on and out!

I always end up with 5 pairs minimum each visit

Well organized and clean store. I came in looking for some black heels and ended up buying several boots since they were having such a great sale.

Great service, went in to return a pair of shoes I bought online, and I found another pair I liked. I asked the girl if she could give me the same discounts I received on the order I was returning. She went out of her way and even called the manager so he could help her with the return and to apply my discounts. They were both very helpful and very nice. Great customer service!

Great selection of sizes!! I am a size 11 and I bought 6 pairs today!! I love them all so I just could not leave them there on the shelf! Lol tons of clearance and there were so many styles not just the ugly ones collecting dust!

Great store! Great staff! They didn't have the shoe I wanted in the store but Gabby checked on line and they had it so she ordered it and had it sent to my home with free shipping. Prices very good and Gabby was a big help.

Went here on an early Saturday morning in January (1/12) (they open at 9am on Saturdays - its great!) and found an awesome deal on a pair of shoes. To add to the already great deal, the woman at the counter applied additional discounts i didnt even know were available. She was so helpful and friendly (all the staff there was). As for the store as a whole, it is smaller than the store in Addison, about half the size i would say. The park lane store seems to focus more on tennis shoes, flats, and booties, with less 'fancy' shoes (heels, tall boots). Not a bad thing - just good to know before you go. I'm so glad to have a DSW closer to my house.

My favorite place to buy shoes! Hands down. Join the club and get points and discounts. They carry a great variety of styles to fit every budget. My favorite is the clearance section, of course, but only because it's awesome. Life is short... BUY THE SHOES!

Excellent customer service. The Store Manager Tyrone was very helpful and informative. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in the store but he helped me find what I was looking for in their warehouse inventory that is going to ship right to my house.

The mens ‘corner’ of this location is large. I went looking for office work shoes and there were at least 10 considerations I could have picked up.
They had a range of sizes from what I could see. Plenty of size 11 at least

The cashier over heard my husband and I talking at the checkout about my shoes i was about to purchase being on sale at another store. She quickly said we price match. And sure enough I got the shoes for the sales price at academy sports!!! Super awesome!!!

I have been going to DSW for years. I love the selection of shoes they carry. I am also pleased with the fact that they carry children's shoes. I love to start off in the clearance section to see of I can find any great bargains. DSW now offers the option of paying in installments online if you purchase a certain dollar amount. I visited DSW today and bought my daughter a cute pair of lucky booties. I definitely reccomend DSW for all of your shoe needs as well as accessories. I will be purchasing more shoes from them real soon.

I had a great experience here. I was greeted, the girl at the counter was nice and she went above and beyond her to look for a non-damaged pair of shoes I had missed. I really appreciated her!

This along with the DSW on Montfort in North Dallas have to be the best shoe stores Norfolk they have such a great selection of men's shoes it reminds me of Larry's shoes back in the day. It is near impossible to find a shoe store that sells mephistos. I've been buying shoes from this company for the last 10 years. I bought my first pair of Italian made dress shoes about 8 years ago and they still look almost like brand new. And for the price that I paid 120 bucks makes it absolutely worth it considering how many times I've actually wore them. They sell New Balance that's made the USA. They're just very very good selection of shoes.

The young lady who helped me was phenomenal. I feel obligated to go back just because she was so friendly and very knowledgeable about upcoming sales and offers
