There are about 2 or three staff members that are are always so welcoming and helpful, but on I need to mention is SHUN D!!! I am a female who often shops in the area, and most of the time feels safe, but one day encountered a male who had followed me into the parking lot with his car (I was on foot, and with some scratchers. If you’re a woman, you can relate to that intentional stare/follow and “inconspicuous” looking round. The first time I really had an experience with her, I had to (without making too much of a scene) notify through the microphone to Shun D, with absolute dependency, to watch the man (“behind me”) who had followed me in and was “rummaging” through sandwiches with a side eye. The ONE time I hadn’t been able to visually locate security, but she handled the situation wonderfully! She scoped for back up while engaging my fake conversation. She made a huge impact on me that night!

I was so focused on watching my surroundings and making it home, I hadn’t the ability to remember the name she gave me when I left. THANK GOODNESS I came in on her shift tonight, and not only did she remember me, but my partner who had come in separately!!!

Express has got a great one in her. Thankfully, I can’t say I would have had a life changing or life ending experience, though I am inclined to believe so, all because Shun D was there this time!! So glad I got the chance to be a customer of her again, and beyond that, she had full recollection of MULTIPLE angles of experiences my household has had 💕

It was last week when I ran out gas, like on tp the last few drops. Guess what, I'm in downtown Dallas were not a wise choice of gas station could cost you a breakin or risk of getting shot. This gas station saved my day. The staff was very polite and well trained. Gas station was well maintained

The people are genuine here.. they just work and agree happy to be there. Prices are reasonable for a convenient store. Eggs milk etc... are fairly priced. It's close and serves the neighborhood well.

Very nice and clean. Self serve coffee stations with coffee mate creamers. They also have a Jimmy Dean got breakfast area and a hotdog/taquito area. Perfect on my way to work!

Miss our pre-covid staff at the gas station. But the new staff are friendly and the spot is convenient. I wish large operations like Tom thumb would move into areas in need of supportive infrastructure before the area is developed.

Great Store clean,well stocked. Not to mention the awesome customer service from the Front End

I like this little place. The restrooms are almost always clean. The store is well stocked. The clerks are friendly. Highly recommend it.
