I recently bought a ninja 400 with the help of Brandon and Brandi. They were awesome in answering any questions or concerns that I had. I also bought frame sliders from the service department. I bought my first motorcycle here. The process was easy and fast. Brandon is a professional and friendly salesperson. He explained to me everything about my new motorcycle. Brandi helped me in the finance, she patiently answered all my questions and explained to me every single thing about the deal.

I had ordered panniers for my 2012 R1200GSA from another company and was sent the incorrect parts.... It was a bit frustrating so I reached out to Wild West to see what they could do to help. After talking with John, he got the Panniers, topcase, backrest and locks ordered and in a very short time the items arrived and actually fit my bike. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but it is for me. Thank you John for helping me out.

They answered all my questions and if they didn’t know the answer to anything I asked, they told me as much and then looked it up. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships that are so eager to make a sale, they’ll tell you whatever you want to hear. These guys seem very trustworthy. They’ll give you a price sheet that shows the out the door price with all the fees clearly listed, so you don’t have to worry about things getting tacked on once you’ve decided to buy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

It was a real pleasure to work with this dealership. Initially, I called and talked to Brandon Goodwin and asked him if he had a certain bike in stock. He informed me that they did but was still in the crate. He kept in communication with me throughout. He would let me know when the bike would be built and when I could go see it in person. When I went to see it he had it ready for me and pretty much got the deal done fast and easy. He helped me out with the price as best he could which I was happy with. Brett, who’s in the finance dept had all the paperwork ready for me and it was easy peasy. It was really a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend.
