I am obsessed with the printing department at this Renton location! Between Kathy, Sam, and Cristol who are personable with my needs, who take extra time to edit my documents and custom print my logo designs for my business, I’m beyond satisfied and pleased EVERY TIME! I really won’t go to any other staple location other than The Renton Landing location! Thank you Kathy, Sam and Kristol for exceeding my expectations and satisfaction!

Amazon return was so easy. Show the return code on your phone. They scan it twice and your done!

I pop by here to drop off Amazon returns now and then and pick up office supplies, but I needed services like a passport photo, TSA pre check and some printing and have found that not only are their team members super nice! They are really helpful and seem pretty happy.

I highly recommend the passport photos here. They have good lighting and a good quality DSLR. The also seem happy to retake before they print it if you'd like another photo taken. It's not a photoshoot, so I'd be respectful but they do genuinely seem like they care that you are happy.

I want to really compliment the employees of this particular Staples they have a fantastic team the printing and copying department is run by these ladies Samantha and Crystal and it's amazing the work they do. I use them almost everyday but you got to compliment everybody because the staff is phenomenal. Bravo Staples at the Landing!

This is a nice clean and well stocked Staples. It is located in between Target and Pet Smart, across from Lowes.
This trip, we came here after giving up on Fry's. We needed a new printer. Staples had a huge selection, most on sale and ready to bring home, (Fry's was out of stock on their very poor selection). We bought a new HP Photosmart which was plug and play out of the box.

Had very good experience here. Needed a passport photo for a 1-year old (not easy) and Braden at Staples took the time to adjust the setup and come up with a method to catch a perfect photo for the couple seconds we had where our kid had the right pose. This was not the first place we went to to try and get a photo done but was our last! Thank you Braden!

*Catherine in printing gave me top rate personal attention and service on pickup of my online print order and even walked me thru the application steps on my phone to join Staples Rewards so i could earn every discount eligible it was great teamwork as we did this standing up at the print counter as a matter of fact and quicker than if i were to do it by myself after the store visit and miss the discount. The associates in this store are friendly helpful and professional, My go to office supplies print store and soon electronics recycle center too. YAY Staples 5 STARS all the way Aloha Mahalo

Customer services at the place is awesome. Even though I ask for a simple item/items - a manager walk me straight to where the item located. And second time I comeback, I was looking for a printer that would fit for my work. Hayden then explained detail what each printer do and the other doesn't. Really appreciated his help. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean store, good prices. Didn’t think I’d be this enthusiastic about a Staples but here I am - no regrets!

Went to the Renton store and received fantastic service from Braeden. We ended buying two different chairs. One for me and one for my wife for our home office. Braeden spent quite a bit of time helping my wife find the right chair. The Razor Iskur X we bought for her is great. Really refreshing to find such great customer service still exists.

I went there to make missing posters for my pup, i ordered large prints got all the supplies witch is not cheap, but when i went to pay for everything i was not charged for the posters of my missing dog. That was the only thing that made me smile since yesterday. They were so humble and the gesture that they did for me was such an overwhelment at the time. 5 stars for this store and its employees. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Placed my print order originally at Office Depot, huge mistake!!! note only did they not complete by the deadline requested they tried overcharging me even though I had an email with a quoted price. Contacted Staples Kent same day, they were responsive but a little delayed however sent my order to Renton Staples for completion. The print department was great! had my order done in an hour, lady was friendly and discounted my order :) will continue all orders through Staples moving forward.

Arlene was an amazing customer service rep. She had all the answers to my questions; very professional, yet super friendly and a delight to work with. Staples should be proud to have her on their team!!

Samantha at the photo and printing area is seriously amazing she helped me fix my save the date invitations and was so kind and patient. I really recommend staples and Samantha. 10/10

Helped me out with a replacement when my dog chewed through my laptop charger. Very nice people, will definitely be back!

I had a good experience with at Staples today...
Had a printer that needed some help trying to get it to print again.
There was a young man there who know an awful lot about printers and he really help me understand which process to use and or
if I decided to get another printer which printer I should purchase.
I definitely appreciated his input don't remember his name though wish I did.

The staff in the print center really cares. Sam is amazing and super helpful. They will always help no matter how small or large your order is.

I placed an order online, and one detail was missed. Not only did they correct it immediately but went out of their way in assisting me right away with an addition to my order I made at the counter. All of this with friendliness and professionalism.

Makaela and Camille in the printing dept. showed great customer service and were very accommodating during my visit today.
