Port A Poke & Sake

I love the way they decorated the place and the options that you have to choose from. My first time here and the sushi is very tasty and the Boba tea has many choices with their own special Boba flavors as well. There is also outside seating in this small center with other shops but I will definitely be back to try more

We love to stop by this little hidden gem for a jasmine lychee bubble tea! Super friendly staff, recommend. Make sure you get bubble tea spot right before going on the jetty boat.

Absolutely fantastic poke restaurant in Port Aransas! The variety of fresh, high-quality fish and toppings was impressive. Each bowl is beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience. I can't wait to return for more delicious poke bowls. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic. I had the Asian beef bowl with extra spicy Mayo, a mango tea with strawberry boba and egg rolls. The service was amazing and the woman working was beyond helpful and kind. My BFF and I tried a new place on our girl’s trip and we’re planning on coming back tomorrow!!

This place is so good! Really good quality and delicious. I’d never had miso soup before but it’s definitely a new favorite! They have a lot of options. They were super nice too:)

This place was so delicious! I got a peach boba tea with assorted bobas, miso soup & a salmon sushi roll.
All together was around $20, so not bad at all! Good portions. Lady up front was so nice and let us take as long as we wanted to decide. ❤
We’ve decided we will be back tomorrow as well. 🤙🏼

I'm a health conscious, long time vegetarian visiting my "bacon and whiskey for breakfast" grandpa in Port A. He was happy they had sesame chicken and beer, so he didn't have to eat my liberal food.

If this place were in downtown Austin or Denver it would be horrible and would have went under long ago, relative to other poke places. The rice was mushy, and they didn't have a selection of bases, the tofu was inexplicably little fried pieces, the veggies were lackluster. Nothing fun like pickled onions and such. Starts at 15$ a bowl, and boba tea doesn't include boba. It's an extra 2$. Their alcohol selection was uninspired, but probably smart to have boxed margaritas and light beer available anyway.

All that being said, it's probably the most edible thing on the island, and I give it happily 5 stars as I'll be back next time Grandpa insists on eating out. Just don't go in expecting it to be like your favorite poke place back home.

Walked up and ordered. It was an hour + wait at two other restaurants. Is it the best bowl I've ever eaten? No. The best within 100 miles? Most likely. Was it better than waiting an hour to get a seat for seafood? 4 stars for food and great service. 5 stars.

We came across port a poke after having been unsuccessful in finding at table at any restaurants without an hour wait. I am so happy that we did, the poke and sushi was delicious!! My kids devoured their miso soups and California rolls, my husband and I shared a large salmon lovers bowl. We did not leave a scrap of food it was all so good.
It is a small place and not a lot of seating but luckily it was not too busy as we arrived near closing time. If you are hungry and want good food relatively quickly I recommend this place!

Great experience! If you want a nice change from the typical American food then I definitely recommend to try Port A poke. We ordered one sushi roll and two poke bowls and they were delicious. You can enjoy the sunset on their patio.

Delicious!! These Poke bowls are basically a deconstructed sushi roll with the toppings of your choosing. There’s plenty of toppings! This is the only place I found salmon on this island. We were quite happy to find this place, although their hours seem to be a bit sporadic in the winter. But it’s definitely worth the chase! Contrary to some reviews I thought the price is appropriate for the bowl. You’d pay the same for 1 sushi roll anywhere else.

Delicious experience at this little restaurant. I built my own bowl with salmon and scallops, and my partner got one of their signature bowls, matcha tea and sake. We had been on the road all day and it really hit the spot. Will definitely come back!

It is a nice place , I thought I would try the bubble tea. I didn't know too much about it . The lady working there was very helpful . She suggested the lavender tea with yogurt boba . The yogurt boba pop . It was really good . Their food looked good also. They had some little cupcakes which were very tempting. I would recommend them and would definitely go there again.

Satisfy everyone in your family with delicious and fresh flavors. We love it hear. The rice is the best we have had from NY, Chicago, Fl. You wont get any better sushi rice. And the abundantly stuffed beautiful poke bowls had super fresh veggies, tuna their sauces are what bring itall togther we cant wait to go back.

Enjoyed the Port A Lover, nice quite environment with friendly worker. The rice was warm and the chicken and shrimp was fresh.

TRY THIS PLACE!!! Will be your new favorite place to grab delicious food!! Just found out they have some breakfast items...... I grabbed food there and then round the corner to Barefoot Beans for my Joe..... and THEN find out another new business opening in there is Surfside Lounge!!!
Breakfast, coffee, lunch and then round out the night at the lounge all at the Boardwalk!! Yall go find this awesome sushi and Poke bowl place NOW!!!!

We got a little of everything, fried sushi, Cali roll, avocado toast, PBJ, Nutella toast, and poke bowls, and boba. Everyone enjoyed their food. Would definitely go back!

Delicious and fresh poke. Reminds me of Foodland's poke bowls. Honey boba was legit homemade, firm, chewy. I got the matcha and it was yum. Very small bubble tea selection but it was good. Glad to some different foods here...

This is a quaint place kinda hidden away but serves the best sushi. You need to go in and give it a try when in Port Aransas.
