We are biased when it comes to HEB. We both enjoy shopping at their stores. This store is on the smaller more traditional side. Very clean and well stocked. Cashier we had was very nice. She was fast as well pleasant to talk with. Great job!!

This community benefits having HEB here. Aisles well-stocked with necessities easy to find. The friendly, efficient cashiers make it a pleasant trip if you're purchasing one item or many.
The office offers many services. Gas pumps are near. Ample parking is a perk! Parking lot has been re-paved. This HEB has two sizes of grocery baskets, the regular size & shorter ones.
Still clean & friendly!

Friendly staff. Very busy parking lot, and the smallest we've ever been in or seen.....but close to our hotel and carried what we needed.

I had a great experience. I found everything I needed, the store was very clean and partner Alyssa was very polite and courteous.

Pleasant, cute, older HEB with nice employees, plenty of selection, without the traffic jams of bigger, newer stores. A small town - neighborhood vibe. I love it!

We are from San Antonio getting some last minute shopping before we go to Port A We are sending a shout out to the Partners @ the HEB on Ingleside I must say the Restrooms in Ingleside we’re spotless & VERY CLEAN — that tells a story of The Partners taking pride in the store - wow if the restrooms are that clean the store is absolutely outstanding - Please call the store & praise all the partners on how our experience was- HEB ROCKS IN INGLESIDE 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Every employee was patient and helpful!!! The store was set up different than the store I normally use but everything was marked well and easy to find!!!

Small grocery store with all the things you could need.

I like that you don't have to spend so much time running from one end of the store to the other side back and forth trying to find stuff.

Customer service from the people is okay.

Very good variety and selection for being such a small store in a small town (Ingleside, TX). Several check out lanes were staffed, so that was quick and easy.

I had a problem with a service desk clerk not wanting to take my pennies & no I don't normally have lots of pennies. But life happens!!!! Speaking with the manager,he was more than happy to take them,problem solved!!! Thank you for being so understanding 😊 H.E.B. is the best!!!

I love our HEB. I usually find everything i need grocery wise and i always tend to do better spending and saving there too when it comes to buying groceries. Our cashiers are awesome and friendly. The management are as well. Store is always clean l. They're really quick to clean up messes tiny humans (children) make (like mine 😒) However, dont bother going there around 5pm til about 7ish if you are trying to be in and out because its always super busy during that time and the parking lot isnt that big.

definitely my HEB!! A great HEB out of the way most of the time it will have what you need may not always have what you want. When times get tough and other HEBs don't have anything this is a great HEB to go to because it's out of the way and in a small town. Big ice storm or a case of covid I would run here first to find what I need. Probably one of the last stores in the area to run out of stuff so overall it's my HEB.

We will now be shopping more at HEB due to the incredible way they responded after Hurricane Harvey. They were "boots on the ground" and ready to help almost immediately. From their donations, mobile kitchens, deep discounts on products...it is all appreciated! Thank you HEB!!!
