Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.

It is quiet....walking distance to the beach, the grocery store, several restaurants and some good entertainment....

This place was so awesome. Could walk to beach, stores, and Quiet at night. Landlord was very nice as well.

Lot rent high, there's no laundry mat, no swimming pool, no Wi-Fi and no enternet.

This place is a joke! A lady named Helen used to own it and she ran it right. The new owners and managers are running it right into the ground. Stay away in my opinion.
