Jet Cleaner

Had some items cleaned there just last week. They were excellent. My clothes came out perfect! They also have great customer service. Pam was just awesome! She was so nice and very helpful. Not to mention what a great sense of humor she has. I would definately recommend having your clothes or whatever you need cleaned done at Jet. Also, their prices are really affordable too. Thanks Pam and Jet!

I have used several Dry Cleaners in the past but I really enjoy jet cleaners in Alvarado. Not only do they do a super great job on my clothes and get It right every time, the lady who works during the day Penny is one of the sweetest nicest helpful people I've met in a long time. sShe goes above and beyond to ensure that you get good quality service and if something's not correct she goes out of her way to make sure that it gets corrected.

I have had the most wonderful experiences with your ladies Pamela and Penny in Alvarado at jet cleaners. They r always respectful and will go out of way to help me and I’ve been in line as they do other customers also . You’ve got 2 awesome , Christian ladies working for you and I thank you for having them in the town I’ve grown up in. Great job!

Nobody else would wash my giant Korean mink blanket they did it and it came out perfect and smelled awesome great place and nice people

Overall good customer service! Whenever you go she always greets you with a smile. She has also been courteous to me and I’ll recommend her to family and friends!

They need to change the hours online because I drove 25 minutes to bring my clothes there and it says online they close at 4 on Saturday so I arrived at exactly 3 and the lady inside locked the door and just looked at me and shook her head. The sign on the door stated they close at 3. Really. I was just dropping off. She didn’t have to do anything but write my name down. No cash register no payment what so ever. It’s ridiculous. Then I’m sitting in parking lot writing this and the woman comes out and it’s 3:05. That’s their clock that shows 3:04.

Such a dissappointment. I been coming here since 2013. Lately they offer no service at all. This will be the second time this happens. We go to the cleaners to get a service do yalls job. When i drop off i drop off any where from 15-20 pants and 15-20 work shirts. I work on the road so i know how clothes at the cleaners are supposed to be dry clean.u will no longer get my service. I returned saturday to get my money back on the service but they refused. All they could do was to leave them to have them redone. I explained that i was leaving to work out of town and didnt know when i would be back. So i needed money back or same day service. They said no to both.

Dropped of a Cuff Collar Shirt which was not pressed well. Full of wrinkles. Took it back and not much was done with it. The lady whom I spoke to on the phone, who says she is the owner, spoke fast and couldn’t get her name, said that is the best they can do! Definitely won’t be using Jet Cleaners again! Poor service and quality. Pictures shows the poor quality of work. The ladies at the branch I used were very kind and apologetic that nothing could be done. 😢

The customer service is extremely unforgiving and quick to yell at you as a customer. Never once did I raise my voice as I was trying to explain how my experience was there. What happened to a civil adult conversation? I'm extremely disappointed , and I was trying to support a small town business. I was speaking to Shannon about how I didn't appreciate her tone when my son came to pick up the clothes because he was just doing what I asked him to do, and he's just a teenager. I also wanted to express the way she made me feel when I dropped off the clothes. She didn't even let me finish my sentence before she started yelling at me and calling my son a liar. She repeated, yelling, that my son was a liar multiple times. That customer service is extremely uncalled for. I believe it's important to go to the source, if there is an issue, so it can be resolved. I wasn't trying to get my money back, nor was I harrasing her, nor was I trying to blast her on the internet/social media. She immediately started yelling and hung up on me twice. I went in to get the owner's phone number and she refused to give it to me. I would never recommend going there. So, if you are the owner of Jet Cleaners in Alvarado, I would appreciate a chat sometime.

Shady shady shady, we had my sons wedding this past weekend, we had a total of 27 table covers that had to be steamed. We called asked if they could help out, spoke to Janey Johnston she said yes no problem I can have them for you tomorrow at 9 in the morning. Next morning at 9 we called and only 3 were done, oh get this she said she was up till 4 in the morning. Spoke to her again I asked what happened she said again I will have them all done by 11:30, take it the wedding was at 3 that Saturday, 11:30 came around and and only 4 more were done. Called her back and told her we are just going to go pick them all and just paid her for what she did. This is where it gets interesting, we paid her in full that Friday, We get there for the table cloths and for a reimbursement for what she didn’t do, she said nope I am not giving you the money for the unfinished table cloths, so the police had to be involved. Also she said I will do them on the side so she asked for cash, I said I don’t care they get done as long as they get done, she said if we go through Jet it would be 15 dollars per cloth but she will do them for 5 per cloth. At the end it’s not about the money it’s about accountability. So it was a night and wrinkled table cloths.
