Always excellent service, an incredible selection of options to meet. Much any technical need, and sales staff that always know their product. Love this place and I'm pretty sure I stop in way too often 🤣

I really liked working with Matt! He explained all the international plans and I would have signed up for the wrong one if he didn't explain it to me. He then helped me sign up for an international plan set to be effective the day before my flights and even asked about my future international trips. I was in and out with no issues!

I just want to provide my experience after my first visit here.

Great staff and team working in this location.
Staff is Very professional and experienced; in addition, they are welcoming customers which means a lot.
Very honest and transparent staff (Jaz assisted me and he is a very experienced and amazing/professional person)

Overall clean store, great inventory, great promotion and plans, and very ideal location right by Totem Lake Mall.

Overall they will have my business and I will transfer to Verizon from TMobile.

I made an appointment. Technical staff determined the issue, replaced my Sim card and had me on my way in <15 minutes. Fast and efficient. Very much appreciated.

This store reiterated why I am a Verizon Customer. I wanted an upgrade on my Note 10+ 5G for a Galaxy S23U Ultra and they were able to get me an amazing deal on my new Galaxy Tab S8 + 5G. Dylan was incredible enough to also save me money on my plan while improving my 5G coverage at the same time! Thanks Dylan and can't wait for my next Verizon device. I highly recommend this store and team to anyone thinking about switching to Verizon.

Today's service was exceptional because of the customer experience.

Meg was extremely friendly, kind, relatable and knowledgeable.
She made us feel comfortable and only offered us products that were related to our purchase.

Lamont, the store manager came out as well to welcomed us in and we loved his vibes.

I really appreciate the positive vibes, personable customer service and how comfortable we felt.

This is my first time meeting them both but that was such a great expierience and we will continue to purchase our phones at this location.

Dylan is the man -- i came in hoping to transfer everything from a older pixel to a newer pixel -- and he nailed -- perfectly in 30 minutes -- amazing -- great work dude. Robert the manager, is awesome also.

The store manger Jayden Shulke helped us. Not only was he professional, he was kind and friendly. He was not pushy at all.. like you see with most salesmen. He did whatever it took to have us leave with phones we wanted, at a good price. We ended up leaving with a Note 10, and a Note 10 plus and couldn't be happier 😊 Came back about 3 months later and purchased a tablet! Great guy great store👍

Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, and professional! I just got a new phone and (because it’s me, not because of them) I had so many issues - just those “rarely happens” things. (Because it’s me lol) and they were ALL so helpful! I had to go in multiple times and by now, we’re all friends! They all great me by name when I go in the store! It’s nice to work with such friendly people who genuinely care enough to really help you out to make sure you leave happy! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location and staff to anyone!! Lamont was the best and I had a great time coming in with my husband to upgrade our phones. My hubby's phone was broken and we ended up getting a new phone for him and upgrading mine. Thanks Lamont!!

Karly answered every question and even anticipated ones I would have thought of later! She not only knows her technology, she is a good teacher: patient and personable. She was managing the store efficiently while effectively helping me with my phone needs. Great lady and hard worker!

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. I want to give a shout-out to Jazz, the individual who assisted me, who was patient, courteous, and great to work with. The store is taking the pandemic seriously which is good to see.

Walking in, the employees were very welcoming. I was in the store to buy a phone mount. Not sure what brand, and overall wasn’t sure which one I was looking for. Brook help me find the best one. And my boyfriend loves it. He made the process simply effortless. He also informed me of promotions that I qualified for but didn’t know I had on my account!

I visited the Verizon store with the intention of changing from AT&T to Verizon. The young gentleman who waited on us was very respectful and helpful.
After the information gathering trip we had to the AT&T store, I am even more determined to switch carriers!

Shout out to Casey,

I'm always very hesitant when I get a new phone bc in the past I either deal with a complete moron and/or lose something during the transfer onto my new phone. (Hence having same phone for 3+ years)

Here at the Totem Lake store I met Casey, he has excellent people skills, communicates well and earned my trust during the transition to a new phone. He followed up consistently whenever I had a question after the sale as well. Very well educated in the options and features available, highly recommend this guy!!! Will definitely return!!!

While trying to troubleshoot a problem between Verizon and my phone, Jaz worked with us for 2 days trying to fix an internal problem between the Verizon system and my phone. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed but Jaz spent a lot of time doing the best he could, talking with other reps and the technical support staff. We appreciated his knowledge and patience while trying to fix the problem. He was the one good part of an awful ordeal.

Excellent customer service. Amelia and Benjamin were so helpful and took the time to explain all the features on our iPhone Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. We will definitely go to this store from now on above all others. Thank you so much.

Fantastic store. Wonderful customer service. The staff knows their stuff. I saved money on top of a "deal" from Costco! Jacob was especially helpful, working on his time off.

I needed serious help because I had inadvertently deleted my phone, and lost everything! I met Nikki at the Verizon store at Totem Lake, and she was able to re-start my phone, and reunite my contacts!
