We loved the pretty wildflower garden in front of the building. Beautiful bluebonnets and many other flowers make an ordinary building look beautiful.

The gentleman who served me on 31 August 2018 was extremely friendly, and helpful. I had to post something by media mail, and he ensured it was packaged and addressed correctly, and we chatted about our days.

So nice to get such great customer service, especially at a USPS!!

They are very helpful. It is a small office, but there aren't long lines. Mail gets to its destination faster as this office goes straight to Houston. No fuss here. Great people and great service!

I cannot express enough how disappointing this post office is. They constantly hire lazy workers who sometimes don't even know how to drive properly. They are always too lazy to walk a few feet to deliver a package to the gate, they instead drive into the driveway and toss it to the side and boom their job is done. The fact that my packages were damaged more than once is honestly appalling. Even when there are labels of "fragile" and "keep dry" they don't really wanna bother to listen and will leave it in the open when it's raining/about to rain. The bare minimum is just to deliver a package safely and yet that's too much I guess

I ordered a wheelchair via Amazon that was supposed to arrive today. USPS was designated to deliver the wheelchair. Instead of delivering the box, a notice of attempted delivery was left in our mailbox, which is less than 100 feet from our shop where the delivery would have been made. Had the carrier really attempted to deliver the package, the notice of attempted delivery would have been left at the front door of the shop. I saw the carrier pull up to the box, stay about a minute, then leave. I can prove this via video, which I have copied to send with a note and a copy of the attempted delivery to my congressman. I have had no mobility for three days and unnecessarily won't have for a fourth day because someone failed to do their job. I suppose there is truth in the old saying that if one is too lazy to work in the private sector, they go to work for the government. I am sorry that I have to give a one-star rating on this review because it was not earned.

The worst Post Office in Washington County, period. Their lobby hours are atrocious for a community where most people commute to work, or have shifts that don't align with the hours for pick up/drop off. The carriers make no attempt to actually deliver packages, rather they don't even bring the packages out of the Post Office with them to try delivering. On many occasions, I have gone to the mailbox immediately after the carrier has passed, found a notice that they supposedly attempted delivery, caught up with the carriers down the street, to get the packages from them, to be told they don't even have them in their vehicles. I have even then gone to the Post Office to get the packages that the carrier stated were at the Post Office, to be told they are with the carrier. For the mail clerks to play a game of it's not here, because they won't take the time to retrieve, and for the carriers to be too lazy to take the package out with them, when they know they're not even going to try and deliver, is ridiculous. I could go on with examples of incompetence, but it won't solve anything. In conclusion, your better off getting a P.O. Box in Brenham, than dealing with lazy.

Once again I am trying to track an Amazon package that supposedly the USPS delivered - but to whose address - Supposedly they put a carton in my mailbox (which only holds letters). And during the time when my business was still open and there were over 5 employees in the building.
