I can communicate with anyone there, and they have always resolved any obstacle that might come up.

I've seen pharmacies where the customers always leave mad at the pharmacists, who just won't deal with problems that can be overcome.
I've been a customer at a pharmacy where I was practically treated with contempt just because I walked in the door.
Nobody spoke to me except to give me my total, nor did they appreciate my patronage.
I feel comfortable and always welcome at Alvarado Pharmacy.
I was so happy to move back to Alvarado, where my health and patronage in this store is valued.

I did not have the greatest first impression based on two newer employees who worked the front counter. After I left my original review, the owner called us same day to apologize and let us know that corrective actions have taken place. It’s rare to find a business so attentive and it really made a huge impact on my view of them! We will definitely be giving this pharmacy another try!

Melissa, Carol and Jerry have the BEST customer service. This is probably the BEST pharmacy within100miles of DFW. Can not Recommend this place enough.

They are beautiful friendly kind and efficient I couldn't have asked for a better Pharmacy to be located here in in Alvarado Texas, the treatment is wonderful compared to the other Pharmacies with larger names not to mention them I don't want to give them bad reviews but their insurance policies and the way they kind of ignore their customers is not anything like that at Alvarado Pharmacy. Alvarado Pharmacy is an asset to our community.

There's always a smile, a hot cup of coffee and a pat on the back waiting for you behind those sliding doors. Come on in and visit for a while.
