Majestic Pines RV Resort

We had just bought our first travel trailer in Katy, TX at Camping World. We had been there all day til 730pm and we were exhausted looking for a RV Park in Willis,TX to stop for the night. We were unexperienced in backing up with it so we asked this lovely husband & wife team if they had a 30' pull thru space available. It was dark in a place we didn't know well and they were so helpful. They took us to the spot and we plugged in for the night. When we woke up we got to see just how beautiful and well kept this park is. It's nestled away in the woods and has cabins to rent and concrete pads. They have a swimming pool and a dog park. Showers & a laundry. It's 24 hr access and security camera along w gate code protected. We paid $64 for the night. We will definitely go back there!!! Super clean & nice.

We are so happy here. We’ve been here four months and have enjoyed every minute. The staff is great and they keep you informed of every detail that is going on. It is a quiet restful place where time slows down so you can unwind. Don’t look anywhere else.

While being there during the off-season, they were doing maintenance to the park. The staff kept us very well. Informed of what was going on and was really pleasant quiet stay with what was going on.Will look forward to returning again on my next visit to the area. And will recommend this resort to friends.

What an amazing experience we had at Majestic Pines RV Resort. It is such a quiet and peaceful place, surrounded by many beautiful trees. The staff is so caring and helpful. The maintenance crews work tirelessly to ensure that everything is in perfect working order. The laundry facilities are always clean. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The dog park was a huge bonus to allow our furry family members stretch their legs. They even have sites with large storage sheds, which was extremely convenient!

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in their RV.

We’ve been living here for 7-8 months. Overall it’s a very nice RV park surrounded by trees which provide good shade. The covered spots are great. The pool and restrooms are well kept. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. We have met some great people living here. We had contemplated leaving as the previous management was VERY unprofessional. There was a changeover recently and the new management seems to be moving things in the right direction. I can definitely see us staying here long term.

I moved into this park almost 2 years ago. I love my spot. I have met quite a few people. The park is concrete so it makes it a great place to walk. The pool is nice an clean. It's a beautiful quite place to live. The management here is very nice and helpful.

We have made Majestic Pines our home...our move in date was April 1st. So far it's been wonderful. The staff are kind and the neighbors are great. Pool and hot tub are extras that we're not used to having..I like to go in evening and sit in the hot tub and look up at the stars.
We have a fur baby and she's very happy here..the dog park is huge. We highly recommend!

I have lived at Majestic Pines for a year now. I love this park!!! It’s very clean and in a great location. I have met some very nice people here. The management here has been very helpful and they have activities once a month. We have some food trucks that come here as well which makes it nice. just a great place to live..

Nice folks there very clean restrooms good wi-fi .Nice big pad we had a 40 ft Diesel Pusher..

This is a very well run clean RV resort with a nice pool all very well kept. Stayed for 2 months I had one minor issue and management actually took the time came over to address my issue in person. Well worth staying for short our long term.

Everything was very detailed with the location of of rv site. Grounds were kept very well. Staff was amazing. Ice machine by pool was very handy. Approval of everything grounds, site, staff... it's a 10 for me!

I am a long term stay, been here 9 months now. Owners, staff and guests are friendly. It's a quiet park except it borders i-45 so some interstate noise. The owners do a great job on property maintenance and the lights in the trees are very pretty at night. Mix of guests, some kids, some contract and professionals, many retirees. Dog park and nice pool at the top. Rate is reasonable considering everything is included. Lots of options from pull thrus, covered back ins to cabins. The town of Willis is more a blue collar community but extremely polite people. I enjoy patronizing the businesses here including a fantastic Kroger and a few great restaurants. Very nice place. Updated amenities. Free laundry and ice machine. Heated pool with hot tub. Grilling area by pool. Community fire and picnic area. Nice full trees to give that “in the woods” feel even though near the hwy. Hwy noise the closer you are to it. Very quiet park otherwise. Several long-term campers and cabins to rent also. Nice location near the Sam Houston National Forest for hiking or the lakes. Our stay was over a weekend.

We have been here for a couple of weeks now and will be here for a year at least. I can't say enough about how great this park is and how wonderful the owners and staff have been to us. No matter what we have needed or asked for the management has been wonderful about making sure we are happy. They go out of their way to make sure the residents here have everything to make their stay her a memorable experience. We love it!!!

One of the most friendly and professional places we have stayed. Very clean, good level sites. We arrived late but the manager still came back to the office, checked us in and made sure we had a good spot that met our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Brand new and still under construction. The management are really nice and there are quite a few finished concrete pads finished and more under construction. The pool and hot tub are complete, gates are almost finished. The wifi is installed and the facilities are awesome. Mailboxes, laundry facilities and storage all available. Great place for overnight or long term.

We moved to Majestic Pines in October. We are full timers with 2 young girls. Living out here has made adjusting to "camper life" very easy. The facilities and everything are great. We have dogs and thoroughly enjoy the large dog park. The trees out here are mature and gorgeous, especially at night, when it is indeed majestic (landscape lighting). The driving areas are paved, large paved area in front which are great for bike riding. There is a large laundry room, with areas to fold your clothes. Long term has mail boxes available as well. We are in a spot that has room for both of our vehicles to park side by side (this is huge for us!) Each site is kept up well, there are picnic tables at the sites, as well as a large picnic area in the front. The landscaping is always well taken care of. The pool is awesome and very well kept. Besides the beauty of the park, security is top notch. There is a locked gate for going in and out, video cameras, and local police patrol. It is right off of 75, and seconds from 45, so very convenient! We feel like a close community out here! The office staff is great and the owners are always available! We couldn't be happier or at a better place!

I have been full time since April 2014 and this is by far the best managed, maintained, designed, and affordable resort I have ever found in the Houston area, or for that matter anywhere yet. 15 out of 10. The manager escorts you to your spot the lots are all paved. Like other reviews have said if you compare dollar for dollar there is no other park in the immediate area or Houston area that can compare. If I'm lucky enough to find a spot available when I'm in town this will by far be my first choice!

We stayed here for almost 2 months while our house was being built. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and is very clean. They do a great job of maintaining the place!

Excellent park with nice amenities. Paved roads. large concrete pad sites, well maintained. Many sites have metal pole roofs to shade your rv. Also, many sites have small metal sheds large enough for a golf cart. Swimming pool, hot tube, bbq grill, free use of laundry room, and clean modern bath house. Gated park and non descript security. This is the way all rv parks should be built and maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks.
