Water's Edge RV Resort

This place was really amazing! I recently stayed at this RV resort in one of the larger cabins. They have some spacious rental cabins for families and some smaller cozy cabins that are a bit closer to the lake. The park is so peaceful and quiet- perfect to relax and recharge. The cabin I stayed in had these gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that almost make you feel like you’re in a tree house and you could see the lake from the spacious deck. It was extremely clean and well-equipped with cookware and dishes so we were able to cook our own meals and make morning coffee. It was great! The park has a really nice pool that I wish I could have enjoyed but there was a major storm in the area that weekend. Teri and her team in the front office were super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to the RV Park here twice in my RV. Kathy at the front desk was very helpful both visits. She took me in her golf cart to show me my spot, provided help getting in to it. The second time when I couldn’t make reservations online she mad them for me. Today she has told me about a potluck tomorrow. She is always very pleasant and hopeful. It’s the people at the places we stay and Kathy is a great face for those arriving. She’s made me feel so welcome on both visits.
The roads inside the park here could definitely use some flattening out. The two rows where Kathy puts visitors seems to be the best roads. They are fine but a bit bumpy and for class A or class C like mine you must be careful.
I’d visit here again… it’s all about the people!

I booked this place as a backup plan for my spring break plans that had fallen through the cracks.

Though a few of the roads could use some digging, the area is well maintained.
Lake views in sight and walking distance, gated pool area, club house, covered patio with seating, a dog park, and golf course are several of the amenities available.

This place is very cozy and feels right at home. I absolutely love that the cabins are not cookie-cutters, and they all have their own layouts and curb appeal. My kids enjoyed being in the open outdoors. The environment is very family friendly and also a romantic atmosphere for those adults looking to get away without the kids.

A couple miles off the freeway, there is plenty of gas, food, and shopping local to the area. (HEB, Kroger MarketPlace, and several other stores around)

Found the review section lol but I definitely enjoyed my stay we booked the Bella Cabin and it was super clean, very spacious,and the view of the lake was gorgeous there is also s pool. The customer service also was great from Kathy. I will be coming back again.

We had our First stay Here in one of the smaller cabins it was So Peaceful and Pretty sight of the lake. Cabin was Very cozy, Clean and Service was So wonderful We will Be returning for another stay soon Thank you for the great Stay And for answering all My Questions !!!!

My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The cabin had a wonderful view of Lake Conroe with a front porch. It was peaceful & relaxing. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed Water's Edge RV Resort for the Memorial Day weekend. We loved using their boat ramp to launch our boat and being able to bring our chairs to the water's edge to fish. There was extra parking at the water's edge too. They had a docking area for your boats, if full you could dock on the edge. Plenty of parking for your boat truck and trailer. Everyone was very friendly at the resort. The pool was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed swimming there. Gas station and stores nearby and marina stores too. We would most definitely return.

We got to the resort about 30 minutes early and they let us go ahead and check in. We had a great time. My best friend and both my girls came with me to celebrate my birthday. I was seeing some of the reviews and I truly disagree with the things that they said. I gave four stars because I had a excellent time. I can't wait to come back. The people were friendly the check in was easy. The cabin was so nice. I was surprised about all the amenities that they had in the cabin. We didn't know they would so we brought most of the thing that was already in there for us. I went fishing an I caught a catfish. I had so much fun. The people in the cabin next to us were friendly. Well all the people were. While we were sitting outside everybody that passed by wave and spoke nice environment. I just loved it. Thank You to the resort.

We rented the family cabin for 7 ppl, it was extremely spacious. Huge porch, just like the pictures. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't experience the lake bc of it being winter but we will definitely be returning. This was a fabulous place to stay.

This place is nice and quiet. Pool is clean. Appears to be lots that live here. The roads through the park are gravel and dirt. Some of the campsites are not tree shaded. The people here are very nice to everyone. I think we'll be back again since it's not too far from where we live.

I had to cancel my weekend at waters edge because my husband had a work change. 7-18-22

It may of taken 6 weeks to receive my refund but I am so satisfied that my refund will be sent to me with an apology.

What a wonderful get away! We went there in mid March and the weather was perfect. We stayed in one of the larger cabins with plenty of room for 6 of us. The view of Lake Conroe was really nice. It was nice to enjoy the large front deck in the evenings. The boat ramp allowed easy access to the lake and it's in a calm cove that isn't as rough as other parts of Lake Conroe. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We plan to go back later this summer when the water warms up.

Absolutely beautiful place, clean manicured grounds, safe family oriented, gated restricted entranceway, friendly helpful staff. The 5 months stay here has risen the bar for expectations at our future stops. Some sites unlevel do to runoff ditches into the lake. There are some sites extra shaded some are open. This place offers a playground and an above average very large swimming pool with water slides. Although this has changed names to Waters Edge per maps and google it still pulls up as Bishops landing. There are several tiny homes there for sale and cabins for rent. We left today and already miss this place !!

This place is now called Waters Edge. It has lots of tiny homes being placed there. Your can rent the lot but you own your home. It is a resort type community. The neighbors are real nice you would like living here. The Sales Representative are very nice and very helpful you can find the sales representatives at the sales lot on 105 West in Montgomery Tx

Been at this park for two months. Staff are all very nice, Rose at the front office is always very helpful. The facilities are great! Has its own boat launch and floating dock if you are bringing your boat. Would recommend highly.

Renting a place from an owner in here, and i love it here! Really good neighbors, water access and a pool, dog park, playground, public pavilion is beautiful, etc! A truly dreamy neighborhood!!! When we are done building our RV we cant wait to rent a space for it here as well!

Very comfortable and beautiful R.v. park with many extras! It's quiet and peaceful easy to imagine this place being home, Bishop's Landing has a private docking area on the Conroe lake and beautiful cabins that can be rented out at reasonable prices. Nice activities as in water slide and Jacuzzi pool with water volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, put put golf, and playground. I absolutely love this r.v. park!

Super cute rentals, easy to get to, nice and quiet, at least when we visited. The roads leading to the rentals needs some work but other than that it was nice.

I loved my stay in here,all the amenities they provide its a plus ! I'll definitely coming back next summer maybe even sooner!

Bishop's Landing located on Lake Conroe, excellent fishing. The staff and management Sue were very helpful.
