I had an outstanding experience with Camping World in Alvarado this past weekend, specifically with my salesman, Ryan, and finance manager, Taylor. The proceeding week, Mackenzie was great at coordinating and helped put together a short list of units to look at. Ryan immediately understood my needs and matched me with a great camper. Taylor in finance was great to work with and answered any questions I had. Overall, I felt the process on both the front and back end was transparent. Any hiccups were addressed and remedied quickly. The process to release the camper was thorough and informative. I was introduced to someone in each department and given a great walk-around before taking ownership. Leaving the lot, I felt confident that I knew the systems of the camper. Overall, I got exactly what I expected at the price I expected to get it, and I am pleased with my purchase. Ryan has even been kind enough to follow up with me and answer a couple of questions I had after the sale was completed. Well worth the drive down.

Sold our travel trailer today. Dealt with Mark by email. He told us everything that they needed. Dealt with Susan today. Took about an hour for them to inspect it and about 15 minutes to do the paperwork. All in all a very hassle free experience. There are a lot of complaints about Camping World. Everyone experience is different...all I can say is I had a great experience and HOGHLY recommended them

My finance and I bought our first travel trailer here, and we had the best experience during the time we spent looking and closing the deal. The salesman Grant Wood was great, he knew exactly how to find what we needed and made sure that the trailer we picked had all the things we were looking for and was very patient.

I had a great experience with Camping World of Alvarado and salesman Grant Woods. I came in with a deal in mind and they worked with me to get the best deal possible for everyone. Super happy with the customer service and how well this place is run. Big thank you to the GM for bridging the gap for us to make a deal happen! There are a lot of options out there when shopping for an RV Camper, but this place is by far the best. Good people and will deal with them again when it’s time to upgrade/refresh.

They have my highest praises. The General Manager is so down to Earth. A really great human being. I have not encountered people of such quality in a long, long time. I need friends and connections in all areas of my life like that. Would definitely return and do more business.

It was straight up. Jaye was very good at his job. Charlie was awesome at showing us how to use the camper and the financing was worry free. They were always very accommodating and very knowledgeable and helpful!

We had a great experience working with GRANT WOODS on our recent trade and new fifth wheel purchase. Grant was attentive to our (someone complicated) wish list of features and made the entire process easy. We really appreciated a video that he made on a particular unit so that we could see how it would meet our needs before even visiting the sales lot. Thank you, Grant!

Everybody on the service team is absolutely phenomenal, from the service manager to the service advisors, everybody was very helpful. They were energetic, and even if I felt like I was asking too many questions as a new RV owner, they never made me feel like a bother. The people in the parts team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Grand Prairie but I come to this Camping World because they really are the best in the business. If you are anywhere in between a brand new RV owner, or an experienced RVer, you can’t go wrong using this Camping World.

Great experience. Ryan was our sales person and was very professional and very helpful. If your looking to buy a Great Travel Trailer, be sure to go to Camping World and try to get Ryan but everyone at Camping World in Alvarado we're great. They will treat you right.

My experience was great! All aspects. I spoke with a person named Ryan and he made everything happen. It was absolutely seamless. I would refer family and friends. I purchased a unit from their facility in Texas and it was shipped directly to my property in San Diego CA. I’m very excited for future trips with my new Travel Trailer. Thanks Ryan!

Great customer service! Moses helped me get the RV I needed. My only complaint.... service didn't do a thing to the RV... yes, it is used, but they didn't even fix wallpaper that was falling off! They didn't clean nor detail it either! Sad excuse for service! I worked in used auto as well as rental... you never sale anything with something you can easily fix, as well as never not detail!

Dropped of our RV to service Dept we had a 2 page list of things that needed to be Fixed. My advisor was Scott H all I have to say is when I first got there I was not a happy Camper being that we had a camping trip planned and paid for that weekend. Long story short Scott was ready when I pulled up Scott said let’s go look at this together so we did from the start he was so personal and funny it was like he known each other for years and I really just meet Scott. Scott walked my RV with me and took pics marked the concerns with tape he told me that he will go on the ASAP and would call me once he had the report Back the Tech. Well 2 days later he calls and said that he had everything fixed with the exception of a few minor things and told me to come get and take my family Camping and that once the parts arrived I could bring it back so they could install the Parts. Needless to say I was able to get my spot back and my family enjoyed our camping trip.i know there is only a 5 Star rating but I would give him a 10. Once again Scott you made us so happy keep up your people skills and your humor. I went from pissed off to One happy man. You are one of the funnest man there is out there and I will be back to see you and I will say to anyone reading this when you have problems call and ask for Scott in the service dept you will be glad you did.

My husband and I has been looking for MONTHS for something to start new adventures in… we have looked everywhere far and in between. Came across camping world after being referred from a friend to give them a shot and Brian Lloyd has been nothing but fantastic! He’s super knowledgeable with all the different options and guided us to the most perfect 5th wheel that best suited our life style! Can’t wait to bring it home and begin our adventures! I want to give a big shoutout to Jaye Mike Silva and Dean Smith for all they did fixing my RV so fast and getting it back to me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. If anyone ask where to go to buy a RV I’m sending them to Camping World and telling them to ask for Jaye.

Grant Wood was a great salesperson from start. He listened to what we were looking for, went to manager to also share details and quick assistance. Even though their location did not have the motorhome we had in mind with style and price, he continued for over 2 weeks supplying with with options. They’re wanting to work with us on fade options and all was outstanding.

I highly recommend Camping World Alvarado! As a first time buyer, I had the best experience. Bailey Todd helped me find the perfect camper, and was very reassuring during the whole process. Charlie was the technician who showed us around the camper of choice, and explained how everything worked, he was great! Keith with financing was like a breath of fresh air! After many terrible experiences at car lots, I was anxious about the loan and warranty process.. but Keith was very informative and helpful, and helped make the whole process much easier!

I have purchased two of my RVs at this location. They are courteous, efficient & on point. Sheldon, my sales person was awesome. He is kind, funny, patient & just truly cares & values his customers.

Camping World is an amazing company to work with their employees a wonderful. Grant was very helpful from the time we walked in and until the time we where finish. Nothing but AMAZING

Ryan White went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at the right price. He was very knowledgeable and understood completely what our needs are and made sure every box was checked. We were fed, had as much water as we wanted and were chauffeured around the huge lot in a golf cart. I was amazed at the selection of campers to choose from, especially since we needed a king sized bed... not easy to find!

Thank you Ryan for spending your whole Saturday afternoon with us. You rock! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a travel trailer.

Brought my new Class A camper in for warranty service. They had the problem diagnosed, repair authorization, fixed, and back to me in a week. Definitely better than most RV warranty repair!
