We love Holiday World. This is our second camper that we have purchased from them! Our sales lady Shiela was great and showed us exactly what we wanted and needed in a camper! From Carl in service, Hannah in parts, and Kent in finance, they all made it so easy and hassle free for us! We definitely will always use them for our camper needs!

Our salesperson Austin made our 6th RV purchase a real joy. He was very knowledgeable and whatever he did not know he was quick to learn and relay back. Great personality and a caring soul, hard to find in sales people sometimes. Kent in finance was a refreshing personality as well. Diane at the front desk was always so friendly and accommodating. Heath from service did our walk through and was very helpful, thorough and made it fun. Like I said a great overall experience, definitely recommend Holiday World!

Byron McAlister was our Sales Consultant and did an excellent job of explaining everything we needed to know about each unit we looked at. He was very knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. We had been shopping around for a RV and stumbled upon Holiday World while out and about.
Byron was our Sales consultant and was very helpful showing the RVs we were interested in and managed to get us a great deal on the one we bought. Dave in parts was very helpful getting everything squared up. Sam in service rocked it on Sat getting all the loose ends tied up and stayed late with a few other techs to make sure we left without a problem

We are in the market for a Renegade RV so I took the family in to look and compare models. Byron McAlister took great care of us while educating us on the different models and floor plans. The sales manager, Scott, greeted us as we were wrapping up. He made sure we didn’t have any questions and confirmed our purchase timeline was not for a couple of months. He offered some options to see if we would like to buy any sooner, but was not pushy in any way. I appreciated that.

We drove from Georgetown to originally look at another dealership. Passed this place on the way, after the first place was a complete bust, we swung in here. We were blown away by the professionalism of Dudley and how everyone worked as a team. We saw enough different options to make an informed decision. Put this place on your list to visit.

My sales person Brent W. was great. He took the extra time to show me many different trails to make sure I got the trailer with as many of the features I wanted as possible. Breat and the service folks were very good at introducing me to my also, showing me everything about it. Everything put together I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Holiday World of Alvarado. I'll be back.

Shelia Trussell was AMAZING!! She was a great active listener and only showed us RVs that fit inside our budget and requirements. She wasn't pushy what so ever! She made the experience very delightful and was willing to answer all of our questions. She helped us come up with an awesome game plan to get the RV that we loved. Also, Richard, the general manager was so personable and kind to us! The fresh baked cookies were a huge plus too 😅 haha overall, I recommend this place 110% to anyone who wants a great camper for a great price sold by great people!! 💜

Had a great experience with a trade in and purchase of a new Montana. Dudley was an awesome sales person, very personable and never pressuring. He knows the Keystone product very well. I also enjoyed doing business through the entire process including the sales manager, finance, and even parts desk. I feel comfortable we will a good service experience when needed.

I bought a 2024 Keystone Montana Fifth wheel from Holiday RV in Alvarado. My sales person Jesse was very knowledgeable and informative. The finance department made the purchase easy and painless. Overall a great experience.

Our salesman, Dudley, was Awesome from the time we stepped on the lot until we left out of lot making sure we were taken care of and happy with our 2018 Heartland Cyclone Toy Hauler!!! We had traveled over to the DFW area to look at two other toy haulers we had found online at a different dealership near Holiday World but wasn't impressed with the dealership or the rigs in person. Everyone at Holiday World made the purchase process painless and easy.
Dudley was laid back and great with the sales process , Kent made the financing process a breeze, and Sam in service was very informative in walking us thru our new unit and making sure we knew how everything worked. We will definitely purchase from them again next time we are in the market!

I came in last week really needing some quality and genuine advice, regarding a possible purchase.. The people here went above and beyond anything and everything I could have asked for!! Franny Rainy was awesome. If I had a question Franny would explain to me how something works or she would find out quickly. Franny was extremely detailed in getting our new RV clean and ready for us to drive away. Franny is also kind, friendly and down to earth. Than you all for a great experience. John L

We would like to send a shout out to Austin and the entire staff for making our experience positive. We were out of state and Austin took the time to answer all of our questions and would send us pictures and/or video to show us exactly what the unit had. Austin and the entire staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. We would not hesitate to shop here again.

Shelia Trussell was amazing to work with. We’ve been renting RVs for about 4 years and finally decided we needed one of our own. We’ve been shopping for months and have been to at least 5 dealerships and an RV show, and Holiday World, especially Shelia, was the best experience we’ve had. There was no pressure, no typical sales tactics that other dealers use, and Shelia knew her stuff! My wife asked so many extremely detailed questions and Shelia answered them with no issues, and the one time she didn’t know the answer she took the time to call a rep with the manufacturer directly. It was such a pleasant experience we finally pulled the trigger and got our first rig!!
