Mark helped me get the best price on my most recent build and AJ went beyond expectations on getting it done. Very experienced and willing to answer any questions during the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, parts, or any service on your existing bike.

There is virtually NO employee turnover in this shop. That tells me everything you need to know about the quality of a shop; both for the employees and the patrons.

Went in and bought a used bike that Brady had posted on KSL. It was a good experience! I’m a new rider and they were pretty informative and helped me get setup with a helmet, gloves, pump, etc. great staff, and I’ll definitely be back!

I've had numerous service experiences with BB over the past 15 yrs. First rate service, always answer your questions (no matter how dumb the questions are), and when you get your bike back, it works perfectly. Kevin and AJ are top notch in my book.

I stopped by the shop yesterday to pick up a new rear wheel and Mark and AJ were super helpful. I hadn't used tubeless tires before, so AJ took the time to show me how to mount them and apply the sealant. If I didn't live so far away, I'd spend more time at this shop!

Brady Edwards is first and foremost a great human being. Second, he is a bright business minded man. Third, his customer service is second to none. I refuse to buy bikes or biking gear from anyone else, EVER!

Just have to come on and give a shout out to the Bountiful Cycle. I've bought a couple bikes from them now, many repairs, road bike fittings and purchased parts. They've always been welcoming and fun to work with. Thanks again guys!!!

Over the last 3 weeks I have worked with Luke at Bountiful Bicycle - trading in my old cyclocross bike for a new Specialized Diverge. They have been the very best to work with. Luke spent A LOT of time answering my questions, going over options and discussing bikes, options, accessories, and giving me advice, expert opinions, and putting up with my endless questions. They found a way to put together a cycle that meets all my little quirks and requirements, even trading out current brakes for the ones I wanted and made it all work, not only on the bike but with the $$ also. Picked up the bike today and again they spent extra time fitting and modifying again. First ride tonight was awesome. Everyone at Bountiful Bicycle were the best!!

I've been to a lot of bike shops over the years and this one is top notch. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, the rare bike shop trifecta. Patrick, who sold me my new MTB, answered a ton of questions, explored my needs, and went out of the way not to 'upsell' me on a pro bike when the comp version suited my purposes. Their service and communication have been great too. Short version: I've found a new bike shop!

Josh went above and beyond in fitting my new comfort to my original bike stem. He could have said “I can’t help you or You need to buy a new expensive part.” Instead, he problem solved in the spot. Now I can ride in greater comfort!

I’ve had a great experience with this location. I bought a bike online and picked it up the same day. I accidentally damaged the bike and took it back the next day for repairs and they got it right in and took care of it immediately. These guys really earned my continued business by taking care of their customer!

Bountiful bicycle has been my (one and only) bike shop since the late '90s. Prior to this, I frequented multiple bike shops. Within a short period of time, Brady, Patrick, and the entire crew had completely separated themselves from the other shops. Now, the relationship is invaluable: They not only know my bikes, but they share my bikes' history, and seem to care about them as much as I do!.

Went in as a new rider to switch my pedals and grab some gear and all the staff were so nice and helpful! They swapped my pedals for me no charge and gave me some advice on stuff for a newer rider. Honestly the best shop won’t be taking my bike anywhere else! Definitely bring your bike here!

Skip and his crew were awesome in helping me with my new bike build. I got in a little over my head trying to build it, and he graciously helped and made it work right. Top notch service even though I hadn’t bought the bike from them. Will go back for a long time.

Fantastic bike shop! I bought my first mountain bike there, and when I wanted to trade it in for a bike that was more fit for my desires on the trail, they were super helpful and gave me a killer deal. I won't even bother going to another shop as I know these guys have my back all the way. And shout out to Bryce for building my 2020 Fuse with excellent quality and attention to detail!

Great experience each time I visit. Brady sold me the perfect bike and Matt made it MY fit. The whole team is very professional, you can see they take pride in what they do. They don't just sell you the most expensive bike, they ask the right questions, and let you test the bikes. It's not a high pressure sale at all. They want to make sure you are not paying money for your bike to sit in the garage. LOVE THEM!!

Impressed by the kindness and service I get each time I go in there. I have purchased several of my kids bikes here and enjoy my experience each time. Today I purchased my daughter her second bike, and they allowed me to "trade-up" her last bike, which was purchased here. Great deal! Thanks guys.

Previous to coming to this store the only bicycle I had every purchased was a BMX bike, growing up I spent most of my time on a skateboard/longboard so high end / performance driven bikes were a mystery to me and was pretty intimidating to look into. With costs high and so many different products I was pretty lost. I went in to give it a shot and I'm so happy I did, every employee there was phenomenal in their effort to help me, I would like to thank Luke in particular though. He guided me through the process of buying my first "nice" bike for commuting and was just unbelievably helpful. I left feeling so happy with a bike I genuinely loved, and a vast amount of knowledge I didn't have going in. This is an awesome place full of great people and I could not recommend going here enough.

I have been a customer of Bountiful Bicycle for over 12 years. The owner (Brady) has assembled to team of professionals who are: knowledgeable, courteous and very eager to exceed the customer's requirements. I have purchased multiple mountain and road bicycles from Bountiful Bicycle and Justin always know the perfect bike to suite my style and the riding environment. When it comes to service, they are OUTSTANDING. While all of the folks in service are top notch, Bryce is the person who I trust to ensure my bike is truly ready for the mountains or road.
