This is the first time that was nice to come to a Texas motor vehicle registration location. I have been to the Woodlands office a total nightmare! In Harris county it was not so bad.
Ms. Veronica helped us with a wonderful smile! Answer every question we had ready to help, without getting frustrated, or tired. She is just an awesome and unique employee!

I had a really great experience for the first time in my life at a DMV. Very short lines and a super friendly staff that was helpful with all my questions. I believe it was before 10:30 a.m. so the lines weren't too busy.
