Rented two fat tire E-bikes from island motor bikes. Glen was great and super helpful tips on where to eat and other ‘local’ information. We travel around the city and on the beach GREAT FUN! Highly recommend Island Motor Bikes .. Carl and Kay

Rented an electric bike there. Had a great time doing the tourist thing. If you want to take the time to explore the area, bike is the way to cover some ground, while retaining some of the intimacy of walking. And, with the bike's motor helping, it's as effortless as you want if to be.

Rented bikes for 2 days in January 2023. First time riding an electric bike and man I had a blast. Definitely will be renting a bike from Island Motor Bikes again.

These Electric Bikes are the BEST!! Better than golf carts. We had soooo much fun riding them around Port Aransas and the Beach!! The owner is Great and the pricing is very reasonable!! Thanks so much!

Just got me a new (refurbished) voyager radius ebike a couple weeks ago, and out of nowhere my back tire became flat, leaving me to journey across the island of Port A carrying a temporarily immobile, surprisingly heavy electric bicycle. Sitting at home as immobile as ever I decided to bring it on over to Glenn there at Island Motor Bikes to get fixed up. In no time flat, my electric lady was back in commission! A huge thanks, great pricing and great work!

We recently visited Port Aransas and decided to rent electric bikes to make our explorations a bit easier. I would 100% recommend renting the bike for 24 hours - it is beyond worth the value! We were able to ride down the beach to Mustang Island, explore Port Aransas, check out the birding center, and more.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! During our travels, we accidentally broke a small piece of this bike and they were kind enough to charge only the exact cost of the replacement piece.

Great place I rent a couple of bikes every year and will continue to do so. Its a nice way to get around the island and see the shops with out fighting traffic or hunting for parking with your car our golf cart.

We visited during this week and i just have to say this is some of the best customer service i have seen and experienced in such a long time!! the vape shop and bike shops are right next to eachother and they both have the best prices on the island!!! (i did my research lol) not to mention the vape shop has disposable separate mouth pieces so you’re able to text the flavors before you purchase them!! we rented the bike for $81 for the entire night, we were staying at bayside and if we had access to a truck we would have been able to take it back for the night and return it the next day (including the battery). seriously a must if you’re visiting the island!!!

This place was great! We rented fat tire bikes and rode in town and 8 miles on the sand. This is the best way to see the beach. The owner was so nice and went out of his way to drive to mustang Island to pick up our bikes from Port royal since we were too tired to ride them back into town. I will rent again next time we visit. He also has friend orange outdoor tabby cats that will greet you.

My bicycle was in rough shape after traveling a few thousand miles behind our camper van, so I took it in for a makeover and tune up. Glen brought my bike back to life, now it looks and works nearly new. And the charge was more than reasonable. My wife was so impressed, she dropped off her bike and got the same treatment. Yes, the shop rents motorized transport toys for tooling around town, but you can also get some quality repairs done on your people-powered two wheeler.

The owner was fantastic to deal with. His prices were awesome and the electric bikes worked flawlessly. They’re a lot of fun to ride and anyone that can ride a bike can have a great time. If you vape or need CBD he owns the vape shop right out the door and the prices were great there too!

Great service. Very professional. Great technician. Took his available time to install 2 tubes. One tire and and added a pump to my ride. Awsome I truly recommend stopping by and have ur bike or bikes checked for preventive maintenance.

We had a blast checking out all the different bikes Island Motor Bikes had in stock. The staff are friendly and welcoming. If you haven't had a chance to explore the island on a bike, your missing out. It's an experience for the whole family. If your on the island stop in and check out all they have to offer. You won't regret it.

He was able to fix it on the spot while I waited and only charged me for parts !! Doing business with him was a pleasure because of the quality of his work, fast turn-around time and a genuine concern for his customers !

Prior to that, I had to drive the forty plus miles to a bicycle repair shop in Corpus Christi TX, where I would usually have to wait a week for a minor repair with steep prices.

Success. I rented a 7 speed fat tire bike. It was a fair price and they provided great service. Also got to enjoy the 2 shop cats, Spark Plug and Sprocket.

Four of us had a blast today renting two of the electric scooters and two electric bikes. We rode for almost 4 hours touring around Port A on the beach and on the streets. The owner is friendly and gives instructions on how to use the bikes. These are not just for the youngsters, us old timers had just as much fun!

Awesome place. Great service. Sprocket and Sparkplug, the two ginger moggies will keep you entertained while you check out. The electric bikes are awesome and one of the best ways to explore the bikes and the beach. Thanks again!
