Excellent experience! I am 3 hours away and had to travel to Ft Worth. Stopped in and looked at vehicle and it was exactly as described online which was refreshing since so many are far from true vehicle condition. Alex was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable, and got the deal done quickly. I was not able to take the vehicle due to my credit union being closed on weekend, but he provided them all required information expeditiously so they could complete the financing,
and release the vehicle. Drove it home
3 hours and it didn't skip a beat.

Bought a highlander from here last week. Went in person to test drive, the dealership experience was amazing. They stayed late for me, took a copy of my ID and left me with the car. There was no pressure to buy the car, no add ons shoved in my face, and offered a warranty as a pamphlet that explained it. Very transparent about the vehicle. Best dealership I have ever dealt with. I had the car delivered to Kansas and that went seamless. Alex stayed in contact every step of the way. When I am in the market again for a car this is the first place I will look. Worth the drive, worth my time.

Alex is The Man! I found the car I wanted online for a great price but I do not live close to Arlington, TX and I was hesitant and anxious to purchase any car online. But Alex was friendly and informative at every step of the process. He suggested some local mechanics that I could use to inspect the car and I ended up using Pomcar. They went out, drove the car, and wrote a detailed report along with pictures. Alex was always available when I called with questions, and followed through on his word until the car was sitting in my driveway. He even made the arrangements to have it shipped to me in Arkansas!
