What a fun place on the square! The staff is so friendly. We are from Chicago and like to try new coffee in place. The atmosphere was so calm and the shop was cozy. We also got hot chocolate to ring in the new year! We'll visit again before we leave.

Picture is their original child brew machine. They are very knowledgeable about coffee so ask them about it!

This is an aboslute gem in downtown Gilmer. Friendly staff, great coffees, awesome atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and engaging. I sincerely hope they survive the pandemic! Please support them!

Clean, relaxing coffee shop. Good selection of sweets. The coffee is smooth and made exactly to order. Has several syrup flavors as well as real cinnamon and honey (you'd be surprised how many coffee places arent stocking real cinnamon & honey).

We will be back to try more!

I enjoy stopping in to Uncle Joe’s and getting an iced coffee or a latte. The sweets vary from week to week - but always look great! The english toffee latte with an extra shot is my favorite!

Joe is fantastic. The coffee is bold & beautiful. The treats are Yummy 😋. A wonderful oasis on the road in rural East Texas 😁.

Great small local coffee business. Atmosphere was welcoming & relaxing. Knowledgeable staff and interesting selections! Had a caramel mocha coffee then a Hibiscus tea with pearls! All delicious and planning another visit with my friends.

The drinks🥤 and service were EXCELLENT ! Plus they welcomed my kitten 🐾🐈 inside even though she wasn't a service animal and loved it when she went up to the counter to order a blue 💙 Kittychino 🥤🐾😋 ! We'll DEFINITELY be back in there soon !

Stopped by to get coffee with a friend from church and it was great!! The coffee was amazing and the atmosphere was very encouraging and perfect for a short morning chit chat with a close friend!! I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great cup of coffee and chill atmosphere to enjoy it in.

I’m a visitor to gilmer and found this place when searching google a few days ago. Absolutely delighted! The barista was happy to listen to me ramble and was very helpful with navigating their options. I was also surprised by the extensive sugar free options (most coffee shops only have the most basic of sf flavers). She ended up making a campfire latte per my request. If i lived here I would be wipping up fun creations together everyday! 5/5 recommend

Great small mom and pop type feeling. Coffee is fantastic. I bought a 16oz iced latte white mocha. Come with 2 shots of expresso. Perfect blend of sweet and bold coffee taste. Very friendly in recommend and telling you what they do and don't like. Speed of service is great as well. Took only a few minutes to get drinks out. Only 2 young girls working. Nice array of merchandise that's not overwhelming. We parked right in front of it and didn't not notice for a few minutes. It is beside Rent-a-Center. Definitely bring friends here. Probably going to buy a coffee cup here also. It has animals inside the cup. Lost of seating.

I had no idea what idea what I wanted. She helped me figure out what to get and it was delicious. Also had a fun time playing jenga with my sister and sons while we waited for our drinks - bonus!

Beautiful, vibin' place here in downtown Gilmer!!! If you are ever this way come check them out. They have lots of sweets and custom lattes! The workers were friendly and the environment was really cool to hang around and take pictures. I will be back when I'm this way!

Tucked into a small space, this little bistro has really good coffee! You can also get breakfast there! It's a very relaxing atmosphere with a little jazz in the background. People on the laptops and others with their families. This little place has a really big heart!

Spacious, clean, friendly, obliging service. Worth the stop as we went through Gilmer. I'm always thrilled to support local businesses, and recommend Uncle Joe's highly! My son had his first ever Frap! They were great with accommodating my desire for something delicious and sugar free.

Found a nice place to study, relax, and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee back in my hometown! Will be back!

Nice ambience! Good coffee 😊. This is a great place to sit and visit, bring some games, chill out, and enjoy the people you love. It's a great addition to Gilmer. Go see it! Kid friendly, just bring them some games and order them some tea, a smoothie, or or a chai latte.

I came here with my church group and about a month ago I got a specialty drink. I came in today and they asked if I wanted the same as last time! I have no clue how they remembered who I was much less the drink, but they are amazing at everything they do!

This coffee shop is one of very few in the surrounding area that serve good coffee in a quaint and relaxed environment. There are plenty of places to sit and good, friendly service. Highly recommend.
