Silver sands and Cheryl have been a great help in planning out our weekend celebration of our 25 wedding celebration. Cheryl was an enormous help in finding just the right size house for our family.
At last was the perfect home for us and our three children each with their little families.
The home was just what we needed for an open kitchen because I'm always cooking, and we love to gather and all help out. The rooms were all spacious and so clean.
The outdoor area was a hit for us to have BBQ and enjoy the view of the pond.
It's definitely a place to come back and enjoy for our family.
The best part of our trip was the hospitality and generosity of silver sands rentals , they truly do their jobs well in putting customers needs first.

Our family from San Antonio had an absolutely enchanting stay at Hooty and the Blowfish! This coastal retreat surpassed our expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The custom-built design provided ample space for our family gathering with five bedrooms and stunning Gulf views from the second-floor pool and fourth-floor hot tub.

The outdoor space, featuring a pool and pool volleyball, became our haven for soaking up the Texas sun. The thoughtful details, including the option to rent a golf cart and a heated pool, showcased the dedication to guest satisfaction.

Our kids loved the bunk room, and the whole family enjoyed the proximity to the beaches of Port Aransas.

The ease of renting the golf cart added an extra layer of fun to our exploration.

Hooty and the Blowfish truly created an unforgettable experience for our family. From the enchanting sunrise views on the private balcony to the cozy movie nights in the top-floor media room, every moment was filled with joy and relaxation.

I dealt with Cheryl and Pam and they were wonderful to work with. Our schedule changed several times and we had to change out reservation during Spring Break which I though would be hard to do. They were so easy and accommodating. Then I asked for recommendations on golf carts and they sent me a link. They are very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

We booked a house for 9 family members for NYE weekend. Stayed 4 nights. House was small, but we all had beds and room to relax. There were no outlets in the kitchen, so we had to move coffee pot to dining table to plug it in. Odd and inconvenient, but we made it work. Silver Sands was very responsive and communication was great. Check in/out was easy. Highly recommend using Silver Sands property if looking for a beach rental.

My family and I loved the Surf Station rental, it was the perfect way to end our summer. They size was perfect for all 5 of us and two fur babies (who LOVED the place as well). It was clean, in a great neighborhood, the pool was a big hit as well as the spacious kitchen that we used every single day and was well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely will be back!

I had a previous, not great experience, but Ellen called immediately after I expressed what we went through. She was incredibly helpful and concerned about what had happened. I totally appreciate her reaching out and making things right. We will definitely book another place through here. Thank you for the good customer service.

I have been using Silver Sands Vacation Rentals annually for more than 20-years. NEVER have I received anything less than wonderful service, clean condos and homes, and immediate attention if there is an issue (which there seldom has been). We had an amazing time at this property. Was pleasantly surprised that it was much roomier and nicer in person than it appears on line. Small property with only 8 condos so not crowded. It sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 2 queen pull out sofas, a bunk with a full, and queen, plus a twin trundle. The walk in showers are beautiful and both bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen has a large island and everything you need to cook. You’ll need K cups for the Keurig if you want coffee.There was even a nice crockpot! I threw some chicken breasts in with picante sauce and taco seasoning one morning and came back from the beach with dinner ready, after only a little chopping of avocado and tomatoes! Enjoyed the heated pool and was able to bring our sweet pit bull who loved the beach and surf. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed this past week and it was wonderful! The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable! Silver Sands staff were great! at his condo is in the perfect location. You can walk out back, and be right at the shared pool! You can also see the boardwalk to the beach from the unit! It's just a quick walk over.
The decor was SO cute and the condo smelt so good.
The rock showers with the rain heads were AMAZING

Checkin and checkout were effortless, MR285 has amazing views and is a great option for family trips to the gorgeous Texas Coast. The board walk is steps away or you can enjoy the views from the porch.

Ellen helped resolve an issue I had with my property and she was very professional. My family and I look forward to this trip every year and this was the first time we stayed with their company. I was so nervous and worried about how the experience was going to be. But Ellen went above and beyond. Shout out to the maintenance team as well, they were very quick and knowledgeable!

Great service! Stay was amazing & the staff was very welcoming. Would recommend this management company to both any one staying in Port A or needing a company to manage a vacation home. You're next stay in Port A needs to be with Silver Sands!

Their customer service was amazing. It really made our trip that much better. They are very friendly and I highly recommend them. Look forward to our next stay here. We want to try a different property next time, even though our stay at Beach Club #1 was INCREDIBLE!

Silver sands vacation rentals hands down the best. Judy and Cheryl are amazing 👏 from the start meeting Judy making the reservation. She made sure I was booking the right condo. She spent alot of time on the phone with me not only booking my stay but making sure to give me advice on the area for things to do for a fun weekend. We checked in the beautiful condo. Had a issue I will not mention because it was not major without hesitation Cheryl took care of it right away. She is just as lovely as judy. We had a wonderful time and will return for a longer stay next time. For all the negative reviews. Scroll pass them and book your stay they are just needy people.

Diane provided excellent customer service for our stay, she answered all of our question down to the smallest, and silliest, question we had. Excellent pateince and very professional. She also answered in a very timely manner. 10/10, will recommend this service to other!

We stayed at a Silver Sand Vacation rental and had the best time. We were able to bring our two dogs and couldn’t have enjoyed the place more. We plan to come back next summer and stay at the same place. It was great we were able to bring our two dogs with us.. I recommend this place to anyone.

We rented the house for a work event. It worked fabulously for us... plenty of room, great kitchen with double frigs, ovens, dishwashers, sinks, and tons of counter space. LOVED IT!

We LOVED our stay at Trout Street Condo #2! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The large balcony overlooking the marina has the best view in town! Stunning!!! One of the highlights of our trip was having the amazing Trout Street chef serve up the fish we caught and delivered right up to our condo! I can’t say enough about the entire experience! Cannot wait to bring our family back!! Thanks Trout Street for the wonderful time creating memories with our family and friends.
