A Smile Above

I just want to make a shout to Dr T!!! She is the best!! She didn’t beat around the bush with me. She told me what she thought and I feel she did not present treatment that was not needed. I had a little anxiety about going mostly because of the treatment I thought I might need. She was very laid back and made me feel relaxed because of that. But I can’t leave out her Dental Assistant, Perla I think was. She was very reassuring that I was not being high maintenance, although I probably was. She also was very laid back and made me feel comfortable. Front desk was very cordial and professional. The other assistants that I came across in the office were as well. Thank y’all! Going to the dentist is probably not a favorite on some people’s to-do list but, Dr. Stevens & the staff at A Smile Above, definitely go the extra mile to make your experience as easy & painless as possible! I had not seen a dentist in a few years and needed some help repairing the damage and Dr. Stevens is helping me get there! He explains everything with me before he begins, we discuss treatment options and what works for me. I feel at ease going to the dentist now!

I saw Dr. Reedy because I was experiencing some sensitivity with my teeth. This would normally be an easy visit, however I normally experience high anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. Dr. Reedy put me at ease and made my visit very pleasant. His personality and demeanor made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Dr Reedy is a kind and jovial fellow, very thorough too. The office is clean and staff is friendly. I got an appointment right away. Where as other chain places I've been to churn you in and out and try to upsell you on things you don't need like a used car salesman, you won't find that here. It was much more like going to the dentist when I was a kid with neighborly and trustworthy service.

Best decision of my life! I totally love my dentist, and the office is perfect and clean. If you're a dental phobe, they're perfect for you. Quality care, and excellent bedside manner.

Horrible service by front desk. They scheduled my son to come in and when we show up the lady at the fr ok nt desk tells me that he could not be seen because they were booked, I tell her that he was scheduled to be seen today and she said that my son was scheduled but she doesnt see for when..so I tell her it's for right now. She still totally ignored me and she didn't take any fault or feel responsible for her mistake. I drove 30 minutes to make it here, I had to take time out of work and my son missed school. They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Its 3 month and I am still waiting for a call back to schedule me work dental work needed on my kids. You can call and question them and theyll tell you they will call you back, yet never do. So unprofessional
