This vacation home is beautiful very big and in a nice place, if ever in Port Aransas stop on by and see for yourself how beautiful this home is

The condo itself is a great clean and quiet place to escape. The only thing I found strange is our first day pest control came by to spray the place. We had zero warning this was going to happen. You would think they would spray between guest staying and not while the guest are on the condo. Other than that it's been an amazing experience!

Lovely spacious condo with a wonderful big deck to sit on and enjoy. Close to the beach and restaurants/ dining/ stores. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool with hardly anyone ever in it this time of year. Would have given a better review except for the fact that when we checked in the garage was full of trash from the previous renters and we called and let the rental agency know upon check in on Monday and they said they would have someone come get it/ take care of it. It is now Thursday the day before we check out and the garbage is still there. We've called and reminded them two more times and it's still there. The trash bin down the lane directly across from our condo/ porch is not full but trash bags have been left and piled up in front of it since we arrived and the birds are getting into the bags and strewing it all over. This is right next to another rental property and is stinky and absolute mess and eye sore. I have since been trying to call the numbrr listed on the renters information packet left in the condo and the number listed there and one online do not work. One is disconnected and the one on renters information says this number has not set up a voice-mail yet and no one answers.
Also the pool is lovely but full of sand and the pool area has not been swept or cleaned and has debris around it.

All in all a good stay but not very well kept up or attended to by rental agency/ cleaning services. We have been putting our trash inside the big trash bin as needed but we were only provided two garbage bags for a party of six people for 5 days and had to go buy more.

Lovely place to stay if they would manage it and the upkeep/ cleaning better and respond to renters and follow through when issues arise and they are notified.

As a housekeeper myself on vacation I was really disappointed in what we came to stay at. The new towels had hairs that didn’t belong to us. The floors and beds had sand in the sheets before we even laid down. The doors had make up marks on them. The light switches and knobs were not sanitized there were greasy fingerprints on them. There were drugs in the fridge that were there before we even got to place our groceries in them. The remotes had dead batteries and huge cockroaches were in the living space so disappointed for an over $5,000 stay. :(
